Works as intended. Easy to use and install. Gives you that little extra piece of mind that your trailer is locked to the truck when in use and you stop at places. Seems to be of good build quality. Wish all keys were unique, but this key is universal with other products from company. The good is one key works for all, bad is that if someone has the same thing or the key the lock is worthless. This lock isn't big enough to close on my trailer. 2-5/8" ball. Furthermore, when trying to close it, the key got bent up. It does close on over of my trailers with a 2" ball, so I guess it's good enough for that one.
