It's fast and has lots of storage for the price, but beware, the screen scratches very easily. As I was putting on the case it slipped out of my hand and got some minor scratches on it. Be sure to put a quality glass screen protector with a 9+ hardness on it. Also reviews on other sites say it isn't water resistant so don't get it wet. Other than that I really like it. ... show more

    • MMS has not worked since we got the phones
Don't buy. 2 of these, neither can get or send MMS messages and after 5 calls to tracfone and 6 chats with tech support I am returning them and ordering something else. After a week my phone stopped working, checked minutes online and everything was zero, I have unlimited talk and text. Also lost over 15 GB of data when Tracfone wipes my account out and would not help recover it, kept telling me it was a problem with the phone and that the my account site and app was down so that's why it showed zero. I go online and add minutes and my phone works.....customer service is awful, they don't listen! ... show more

This phone is so much fun. Has a lot of storage,takes crystal clear pictures,has good sounds,and ringtones.it also stays charge for like 2 days and I go on it a lot. The only thing I don't like is when I do have to charge it,it takes a long time. My old phone use to charge fast. But this is my favorite phone out of all the phones I've had. I could never get this phone to work properly. It really messed up my Tracfone service. Took me days to fix. I did return and Amazon was great about taking it back.
