Nice budget phone for anyone. Older in design and not the fastest processor, but some people just dont need that. Tracfone: I bought this for a family member who had an ailing TCL tracfone. Transferring the existing number is pretty painless, the customer service person will ask for the ph#, verify that the old device is functioning and you'll read out the IMEI. I had no problems UNTIL the "new sim" could not be recognized. The phone kept asking for "insert sim". Did the usual power cycling and look over, didn't find anything. I then decided to look inside the sim tray to see if some plastic tape had fallen in it. Upon doing so I noticed that the supposedly new Tracfone sim card was damaged! Inspect your cards closely. The damage was easily missed in my case until i had problems activating. T0 remedy this I need to get another Tracfone sim, about $1 from Amazon. A bit of a hassle, but what am i gonna do. The Tracfone rep kept asking for me to get a Verizon sim, but from what i can see on Tracfone's website there is only 1 type of sim card they sell. LG: I've had LG phones before and i have never been disappointed. With the price of smartphones in the high hundreds to a grand, i'll keep my phone as long as it lasts. The build of this phone, the Reflect, seems of similar build and aesthetics to my other LG phones. It doesn't creak in the hand if squeezed. The back is made of plastic, but thats fine for a budget phone. Battery at 4000mah is pretty large for budget handset. This was one of the main features that made me buy it. ... show more

Love this phone! It has more functions than I could possibly need. Why pay the $$$$ for an Apple phone when this LG is available? It was a breeze to keep and transfer my phone number from my old LG to this new phone. I highly recommend the LG Reflect LTE. Wish I had upgraded to it sooner!

I've had a few LG phones over the years and have been happy with them. Now this POS messes with me constantly. I have to have the do not disturb on 24/7. Otherwise I'm constantly being disturbed with notifications of nothing. If I'm watching something on YouTube sometimes I get four or five notifications one after another silencing maybe 20 seconds of sound. Other times I turn the phone on and the screen is almost completely dark. I'm lucky to be able to see where I'm supposed to slide it back over to normal. At times the phone just shuts off.. Sometimes I get so frustrated that I just want to take a hammer and beat the crap out of it. I've had it less than a year and I'm looking for a replacement... People save the aggravation at buy another brand. After all LG no longer makes phones. That pretty much says it all. ... show more

The LG smartphone also had the benefit of it's affordable price in comparison to other manufacturers. I bought the LG Reflect , which was locked for TracFone, for the ridiculously low price of $59.99. I received it within two days. It was a better deal than anything TracFone had on its website. This is a fantastic phone.
