Got these for my wife and I. Firstly, I WILL say they look and feel nice. That’s about it. The connection to your phone was somehow spotty even though they would be within 2ish feet from the phone nearly at all times. My wife’s would continue sending me vibrations all day even when she didn’t have it on. The part that vibrates and that you tap is WAY too large and heavy for the band provided. Ours would just rotate until they were at the bottom of our wrists and often times the touch part would be bumping against our wrists which would send messages constantly. I had to take mine off at work because it wouldn’t stop getting messages. It’s cool in theory but they gotta make the touch piece a lot thinner/lighter or make it so it doesn’t rotate to the bottom of your wrist. The actual band deals like a cheap costume jewelry kinda deal, which is half what I expected. The clasp to take on/off is IMPOSSIBLE to do by yourself. After reading reviews and still taking a chance in these I am glad I did! Inam convinced yhe majority of folks do not read anymore. I know a lot of folks have issues with not getting the notifications. I am going to assume that is because they are not going in to the app on their phone and keeping their phone from putting it to sleep. I have now had these bracelets for a month. I waited till I had gotten good use out of them so I could give a knowledgeable review. They work, and pretty flawlessly. The instructions aren't great BUT if you can read and have knowledge of your phone you will be able to make due. Once it's connected you WILL need to also go on to your phone in the pp settings and keep the phone from putting it to sleep. In order for the app and bracelet to work at the push of a button, it has to run in the background. And your phone kills apps that run in the background to save battery. The booklet also touches base on this. The app could use some work. It is functional and I like the messaging ability and the love notes. I do wish you could customize the messages sent at the tap of the button though. TAP messages are preset and you can only send the missing you message by tapping the bracelet. You can send other messages like "I love you" and "I need you" from the app and they go to the bracelet. I wish I could choose the message, but it's not a deal breaker by any means. Also, whoever said they don't know the color combos and what they mean, that is in the app also. I'm convinced folks write reviews the minute they receive items and before they've actually used them. Anyway, Once you're correctly connected, everything will work. My husband and I are 10 hours away and we receive notifications on our phone and the bracelets instantly. Battery life is phenomenal and I typically only charge once a week. I also haven't noticed the app draining my battery on my phone at all. So that's a plus. We love them. Buy them, read the booklet, use common sense, turn the auto kill off in your app settings, play around in the app, and you'll love them too. ... show more

Edited to add: I changed this from 2 stars to 4 stars. The bracelets work just fine as long as you set your phone to allow the app to run in the background no matter what. The downside to this is that it runs my phone battery down a lot faster, and it also activates me screen every couple of minutes. It does work, but I feel like the functionality could really be improved. I've decided I'm not going to return it though, my girlfriend and I honestly really love using them when we're apart. Such a cute idea, but they don't work consistently. Unless I'm actually in the app, the touch doesn't get sent to the other bracelet most of the time. It works maybe 20% of the time. The app itself is pretty awful. It's always running in the background and takes up banner space 100% of the time, even if you close all apps. It turns on my phone's screen every 2 minutes even when I haven't received a message or "touch". I'm disappointed, but will definitely have to return this product. ... show more

We live a distance away and only see each other a couple of days a week and these bracelets are a great way to let each other know we are thinking of each other during the day. The bracelets are a cute idea. However, after a month both bracelets wont vibrate anymore. Notifications still come through the app (so if you wear a smart watch you will still see them). Even after following all of their trouble shooting steps on their website, no change. Their customer service doesn't get back to you either. My partner and I still wear ours to send quick I love you's (as we both see it on our watches). However, it's pretty pricy to only work for a month and not be able to reach their customer service. ... show more
