Got these for my wife and I. Firstly, I WILL say they look and feel nice. That’s about it. The connection to your phone was somehow spotty even though they would be within 2ish feet from the phone nearly at all times. My wife’s would continue sending me vibrations all day even when she didn’t have it on. The part that vibrates and that you tap is WAY too large and heavy for the band provided. Ours would just rotate until they were at the bottom of our wrists and often times the touch part would be bumping against our wrists which would send messages constantly. I had to take mine off at work because it wouldn’t stop getting messages. It’s cool in theory but they gotta make the touch piece a lot thinner/lighter or make it so it doesn’t rotate to the bottom of your wrist. The actual band deals like a cheap costume jewelry kinda deal, which is half what I expected. The clasp to take on/off is IMPOSSIBLE to do by yourself. We may be a bit too old for this and corny but I bought these for my boyfriend and I. We live a distance away and only see each other a couple of days a week and these bracelets are a great way to let each other know we are thinking of each other during the day. We got this September 6 and my partner and I have only been using for about 4 days. We spent over 2 hours trying to get them linked and hooked up. There were no directions with the bracelets or on the app. We had to play around and close the app a few times to give us prompts on where to go and what to do.Yet, after getting setup in the app, it still took over an hour to get the brackets to connect. We don’t receive half the vibrations or messages from each other. They just don’t go through. Could this be an error on our part during setup, possibly. But again, there were no clear instructions for the setup. Today, I took it off and put it on the shelf in the bathroom to shower. It now won’t do anything. Battery was at 30% before the shower. It won’t even connect to my phone anymore. Despite hours of trying. The bracelet was not submerged in water, and I could see myself in the mirror when I got out, so I doubt it’s humidity causing the issues. I also don’t like how I have to have the app running at ALL times for the bracelet to work. I know have to charge my phone at least twice during the day and at night instead of just at night. This was a decent chunk of change that I’m not happy I spent. ... show more

I really wanted to love these, but unfortunately, the performance was a letdown. After a full charge, one device only worked for an hour before completely dying, and now they both fail to communicate with each other. It's frustrating because these seem like they could be great products, but for the price, I expected much better reliability. It's too expensive to break down so fast.     • Hard to put on and take off

I liked the Figaro appearance-wise, so I went with that one…It looks great! I would say that they are particularly hard to remove and put back on… As per the products specifications they should not be worn in the shower…so ie you would be need to remove them at least once a day. This becomes a whole process and is quite annoying. Me and my significant do live separately at the moment in different states. The product sounded great for us… However it seems they are way easier to remove and put back on with someone’s help. Kind of counter intuitive considering the product is marketed towards consumers who are in long distance relationships and live by themselves. They will disconnect from your phone occasionally. To reconnect them you have to put them back on the charger and tap them to re-pair the device to your phone. The concept is there just needs more consideration and understanding on day to day lifestyles. ... show more
