We bought a total gym from our neighbor and it came with a VHS tape ha ha! Since we don't have a VCR I looked on Amazon and found this chart for us to use as we really didn't know what exercises to do with this total gym. This chart is a big poster size and we used sticky tape to hang it up and it is so easy to read and follow. They have exercises grouped by the body part you want to work. Excellent quick reference tool for use once familiar with the equipment and working with it. I feel viewing any DVD for use with a Total Gym is extremely beneficial as a FIRST TIME user. This chart will be great for a quick workout when I don’t want to view the whole DVD workout. Pictures are good and gives some setup info. All in all, great tool. Only downside is size because it arrives folded. I likely will end up having it laminated. Still, well worth investment in my opinion. ... show more

I bought this poster because I bought a total gym and wanted and easy guide to reference while working out. The poster is okay, but it is folded and will always have creases from the folds. If you do a search for sliding bench poster, you will find laminated charts that contain more exercises and no creases. In my opinion, this is seriously overpriced for what you receive. ... show more

Received as advertised and is easy to follow, that is if you have the Gym set up guide. I received my Total Gym (TG) without any documentations so it was difficult (and still is) I was hoping this exercise chart would be helpful with some of the set up. I know it's not designed to set the TG up, but has been helpful. I'm sure the more I work with it, the better and easier it will become. I recommend this guide for posting near the the TG so you can track your workout. ... show more
