Ok I was skeptical but this stuff actually works!! I read other ppl’s reviews here and watched the YouTube videos. I put it in clean, dry hair, put on a shower cap, let sit for an hour, sinuses out most but not all of the product, and then blew dry my hair followed by straight iron. Later that day I rinsed my hair completely and I kid you not my hair felt silkier than the $300 Keratin treatments I’ve gotten at the salon! It’s been 2 weeks and my hair is still smooth! I cannot believe this work for soooo much less than salon treatment! FYI my hair is thick course and wavy with major frizz. I’ve been washing every they say. Pretty amazing! ... show more

I have 3b hair, it’s fine and thick. I am a mother to a clingy infant and I just can’t style my curly hair everyday. I followed the instructions on their website, clarified my hair three times since it’s professionally colored and curly. I then put it on and put a cap on my head. I got really itchy on my scalp. That’s the only con. Then I waited 60 minutes exactly and washed 70% out and skipped any conditioner or heat protectant and straightened my hair. I’ve since washed it and it really cuts down on styling my hair to be straight. I blow dry it with a round brush and it takes such little time. I’m no longer worried about getting caught in the rain. My hair isn’t getting more greasy. I do have to only use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner just like a regular keratin treatment. I can’t believe I could just order this only for 1/6th the cost and do it my self. It’s amazing! ... show more

    • Important: it works but sewer smell possible!

Okay, first off, I tried a different Brazilian keratin treatment years ago, and it left my hair smelling horrific when damp. That rotten-eggs, sulphuric, sewer smell. It was so bad I chopped 20” off my hair two months later because it wouldn’t go away. So when I considered keratin again, I read all the reviews meticulously. This product’s reviews had no mention of that rotten egg smell on damp hair, so I went for it. Guess what? It happened again. Tbf, it wasn’t as bad as the other brand I used years ago. But it was unmistakably that same sulphuric smell. The treatment DID work in that it softened my coarse, North African hair (3c) and loosened the curls without straightening, which is what I wanted. But that god-awful smell. So I did a deep dive on the internet because I couldn’t accept another big chop. I learned that: A) if you start straightening your hair while it is still damp from the product, then this smell is more likely to happen. Your hair needs to be absolutely bone-dry with the product in it before you start straightening it. That was a mistake I made both times for sure. B) one way to reduce/eliminate the smell if it happens is by using SALT! Yes just table salt! I made a really concentrated salt solution, put it in a spray bottle, and soaked my hair. Then I went to sleep. I did this two days in a row until my hair was white with salt residue, then shampooed it. And it worked!!! No more rotten egg smell at all. I wish I’d known this years ago and could have saved my hair. Hopefully this helps someone else. I’m definitely going to do the treatment again since it’s a huge bottle, but this time will make sure I straighten my hair only after it fully dries with the product in it. ... show more

Remember, women can straighten their hair with a straightener and post pics or post pics right after doing the treatment when you hair will be pin straight. This does not mean, you got permanent or semi-permanent straight hair out of this as they promise. This whole concept is literally a big scam. If you want straight hair, get professional relaxing treatment or if you are adventurous, try the at home relaxer treatments or deal with your curls and straighten your hair using heat protection every 2 or 3 days. This product does not give you even semi-permanent straight hair. After a couple of washes, you are back to curly hair but here the worst part - you don't go back to your natural curls which would have been okay but you will end up with ugly, oily, messed up weak limp curls. I want to highlight some things in points below: 1. Right after the treatment, your hair will look bloody amazing. And I loved the lighter tone or bleaching effect it gave my hair. My hair went from normal dark brown/black hair to this almond/honey brown kind of color and it looked really cool. 2. You will be left with some kind of oily messy hair roots. You have to wash your hair constantly to get rid of that oily mess. It will never go away. Right after shampooing, it will look a bit fresh but after a few hours, you will start noticing that the hairs are getting limp and oily. 3. After 2-3 washes, you will not even have semi-straight hair. You will end up with ugly, messed up curls... oily messy curls 4. It might have damaged my hair because I am seeing a lot of shorter hairs sticking out and overall, my hair looks thinned out. 5. Lost all the body at the root of my hairs. I need to do so much in terms of adding volumizers or teasing to get rid of the flatness and oily-ness of the hair and it still really does not work. 6. Easy to use and not really stinky Overall, I regret so much buying this junk and wasting $45 on it. Please do not believe the pictures. I got super excited right after the treatment just like the other ladies who are praising it. But it will end there. You will end up with oily, messy, non-straight, damaged, messy curled bleached hair. ... show more

My hair was faded in a yellow/orange tone after using it and it didn't even stay straight as I expected, the frizz was reduced, but I also noticed that my hair was damage too much after using as the instructions note in the bottle, I wouldn't use it again.
