When the box arrived it was all torn up. When we opened it it was damaged. And all the parts were not there. It was missing the parts to put it together, and the back cushion was missing. First directions are in centimeters so unless you have a ruler here in America with centimeters on it, you have to figure out what the different parts fit where I had a tape measure with centimeters and converted to centimeters to label the different parts myself. It looks great though. Arms of chair are bowed, but the side of the chair where they mount are not bowed so it doesn’t pull tight together when screwed together.
