This is the third time I have submitted a review on these boots. I have a hard time finding boots, because I wanted a reasonable height chunky heel, good tread, knee-high length, some kind of visual interest, and standard calf width. These work for all those requirements. I wore them for several hours out of the box and my feet feel fine. Fit as expected. My calves are 13.5 inches at the top of the boot. These have a little bit of a gap on the stretch side, but not enough to be a problem. Faux leather has come a long way, and these are basically indistinguishable from the real thing. These boots were beautiful and exactly like the picture. I read some other reviews about the calves being too small, but decided to try them any way because they were exactly what I was looking for. They fit my foot perfectly and I sized up half a size (8.5 to 9). The material was smooth and felt high quality. However, the reviews were right, the calves did not fit. I do have big calves (16") so it is expected, but I wish they were more size inclusive because they are so cute. I had about 2 inches between the zipper that would not budge ... show more

I'm 5'2" and it's so hard to find taller boots that aren't too tall for me as they so often hit my knee dead center or go past my knee. I scoured the internet until I settled on these. Now, do I wish these were half an inch shorter in shaft height? Yes, absolutely because they hit right at the bottom of my knee and when I squat down they fold in as far as hitting the back of my leg (but it's not in an overly uncomfortable way). With that said, they are so darn comfortable with a perfect heel height and are made so well that I have chosen to overlook that. If you are shorter than 5'2" you may want to continue your search, but if you are 5'2"/5'3" I would recommend these boots for sure! ... show more

It's a shame because these were really cute, but they started falling apart after a week--the hell split from the body of the shoe--for that reason I just returned them instead of replacing them. Didn't try to fix because they fell apart really quickly.

They are very confortable, stylish, good material, true to color, everything is perfect about them except they fit way too big. Git a size 7 and seems a size 9. I read the reviews and no one mentioned something like this before. I am hoing to return them but I am afraid that if I buy them a smaller size they might not be as expected again.
