I bout mine over a year ago and I just bought a new one to replace this one after over a year of use. It does get very hot and I always come out drinched in sweat. Tips : Wear clothes, the steam is very hot and lack of clothing can cause the heat to be overwhelming for your skin. I usually make sure I have on long shorts or pants and a sports bra. Also, empty and clean the steam box between uses so that it does not overflow with water and get the floor of the sauna wet. ... show more

It was good whiled it worked. But won’t last long. Update: got in touch with vendor and they sent out a new heating piece. Great customer service. So if yours stopped working reach out and let them know. My first one was different from the one they sent so hopefully this one last longer.

The media could not be loaded. I like the easy fold out and somewhat simple assembly. I like that it comes with chair, foot massager, and a sweat pad. I also like that it has a heating and timer setting and an automatic shutoff. The only con is, the size of the sauna itself a d the chair. I feel they are a bit small for an average person. I’m only 5ft and I barely had room to move around in it. But overall, I love it!!!! ... show more

I've use this in the winter months to keep burning calories in the cold. The water boiler stopped working after about 12 to 15 uses. The product is GARBAGE. DON'T BUY IT!

This I was a little skeptical about before purchase as some other reviews are not so great.... However this is a sweat box!!! It gets super hot (if you have low hanging fruit use a towel or two if not you will have roasted steamed veggies) I use it on p6 after warm up..... Cleans up easy I leave it up as space is not an issue... I sweat out so much that I had pour it in the bathtub.... Grade A!! Perfect!! 😃👍 ... show more

because the seal on the boiler is not perfect, like an all american sterilization pressure cooker, the salt and minerals from the water will cause the wide open circuitry, which does have a few ventilation ports... that are also culprit to letting the moisture in - it will cause a burn out eventually, if not mindful. i was not mindful of this until it decided not to boil anymore (roughly 3 weeks of using in in a cycle of 6 days on, 1 day off) other than that, this works great, sweating very fast, i would go for 25 min sessions, where 20 were totally sweating.. the interior holds up, spray with a 50/50 solution of alcohol air drys, towels in the chair, you can figure out that part one other odd thing for me, was that the port and the boiler seemed to be on the wrong side! difficult in my house, to find a place, where the short cord to the boiler and tube to the sauna, would work being on the right side! maybe just me? all of my outlets and arrangements were kinda nit so to facilitate this contraption.. i ended up in a corner, against a wall, facing it. oh well, spent most of the time with my head tucked in the sauna, which is super enjoyable. wish it still worked, or if there is anyway to send me another board, or an updated boiler? ... show more

I purchased this product in 2023 but didn't start using it until five months later since I already had a heated one installed in my gym. After several weeks of using the steamer, the pot burned out and emitted a burnt smell. The company replaced my steamer immediately.
