Love the feel and comfort of the helmet but I purchased so the wife and I could talk on long rides. Bluetooth went in and out and could not hear anything on the freeway. Music played fine and battery life was good. 8 hour ride no issues there, just wish the mic for galling was better.

This helmet is good. I really needed one. If I could change anything about it, I'd make it easier to plug in and charge. I found it easily thanks to another reviewer here, but plugging it in was a HASSLE. I feel like i broke something. The plate, or whatever, to the plug has a rubber thing that lifts (I think). Good luck plugging it in without ripping off the plastic cover to it. You'll see what I mean. Also, the helmet crushes my ears and there's a plastic part inside the helmet that doesn't fit well. Another reviewer mentioned it rubs the heck out of his ear. He's right. It just feels strange. i'm getting used to it now, but gosh, my ear hated me the first few times. The helmet is nosier than I imagined. I had to double check that I didn't purchase a modular helmet. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. It could just be me. This was my third helmet (and most expensive) after 8 years of riding a motorcycle. I expected to be blown away, and i wasn't. Still a solid purchase though and I love the artwork. ... show more

This helmet could be by far the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon! Hands down, the best value for my money! I was pleasantly surprised with all the features in the helmet. I had only purchased it for the colors and sleek design, but then I realized it was Boue Tooth capable, had a sun visor that can retract, and had the best fit and chin strap ever. The acoustics are wonderful. Phone calls are loud and crystal clear. Music is very good, though not the deepest base, but works well enough. Simple instructions to connect my phone and all the music I could ever want to hear. A perfect helmet! ... show more

The overall review is that it works good, now, the sound is very low and once you accelerate you can barely hear even at max volume. Haven’t tried calling while riding yet.

    • Nice helmet but bluetooth is a joke

I just purchased this helmet and I like it, fits well my small head (XS) although for me it's a little elongated front-back. Seems like nice cushioning. However, it took me a long time to find the USB charger for the bluetooth, then I could not plug in the charger cable as the side of the helmet's hard outside is in the way. I had to struggle with it for a long time and I thought I plugged it in and no light came on. Then I sent an email to ask for help and instructions, they sent me a very basic bluetooth guide, which was nice, but it had not much useful into. Then I called back that no light comes on when I try truing it on, they told me that I have to have the helmet plugged in for a "hard reset" so I couldn't find where the USB was, even though I already found it once. They said to call them back as they're busy and can't wait. So finally I did find it then again a 15 min struggle to plug in the thing. Then the red light came on so I realized it never got it plugged in correctly the first time. Anyway, I got the bluetooth working without any help but its volume is just so so low that even inside my home, with no outside noise (forget about a motorcycle engine), I can hardly hear the phone or music. It's probably ok to not to have to take the helmet off to answer my phone when I'm parked in a quiet place... And I can't even imagine how a "burly man" with large, thick fingers can EVER plug the charger in (I'm a woman with long, thin fingers). But I guess for the price, it's ok. ... show more

It is a comfortable helmet but for the price of the helmet, it should have better Bluetooth speakers. If you have aftermarket exhaust you can barely hear them.
