It was 1925 in the flourishing italian community of san francisco. Rinaldo and ezilda torre blended their first torani italian syrups using authentic recipes brought from lucca,italy. The enterprising couple shared their naturally flavored syrups throughout their north beach neighborhood. Mixing their rich torani syrups with sparkling water andice, they introduced the classic italian soda to cafe owners. This bright,refreshing creation quickly caught on with thirsty customers. In time, torani’s reputation for creating syrups of the highest quality and greatest variety grew. In the 1980’s, torani and good, old american ingenuity came together in an unexpected and flavorful way. “brandy” brandenburger, a coffee industry veteran, noticed the brightly colored torani bottles while visiting san francisco’s landmark café, caffé trieste. Experimenting with the naturally flavored syrups, he created a new american classic the flavored caffe latte. The rest is coffee history. For decades, torani’s red, gold and blue labels have been part of the café lifestyle. Today, torani is the best-selling specialty syrup in north america and a sign of good taste around the world. The media could not be loaded. When I retired and decided to open my own business I knew I was going to have to cut back on expenses a bit while I focused on building my business up. One of the things that was a non-negotiable for me though was having coffee as I am also the mama of three neurodivergent kiddos and as such I survive on caffeine. I decided I was going to try these syrups to see if I could make my own vanilla cold foam at home and save myself the $8 a pop at the chain coffee shop I so love. Turns out these syrups are perfect! The vanilla goes a long way so it lasts quite a while. I ordered the pumps for the bottles too so it’s super easy and fast for me to make my own cold foam coffee at home and at my shop. The texture is perfection as it completely disappears in the creamer and in the coffee. I generally do two pumps in the coffee and two pumps in the creamer before whipping the creamer to make the cold foam. The sweetness is perfectly balanced and there is no slimy feel or aftertaste and the taste holds up even on days when I get distracted and don’t drink my coffee quite as quickly! I’ve also used this to flavor things I’ve cooked… found a little pump into pancake batter makes my kids think I’ve created perfect pancakes! Love this syrup! It lasts me awhile as it is a four pack! I was surprised when this arrived because the bottles are huge! If you love flavor in your coffee I definitely recommend the Torani syrup! It has a flavor that actually tastes good! I buy many syrups in this brand and have never been disappointed! Some coffee syrup brands are so concentrated that you can't taste the actual flavor you want. But Torani syrup flavors actually have the full amazing flavor taste that you need for a delicious coffee or refreshing drink! Definitely recommend! I bought this syrup because I did not want to pay for overpriced syrup at Starbucks. This syrup tastes great, I use it mostly for iced coffee but you can also use it to make your own creamer at home with milk and heavy cream. When I bought it I thought that four bottles would be too much, but it’s been a few weeks and I’ve already gone through the first bottle! The bottles don’t expire for over a year so I will definitely have to reorder before then. I highly suggest buying a pump to go with it, as the syrup is slightly runny and you can put too much in very easily without one. I bought this because my local store discontinued the peach tea that I was in love with. So I decided to go with this and make my own peach tea. Then I will never have to count on the stores again. It has a delicious, fresh peach taste and makes the perfect tea.

Great flavor addition for any coffee. It has been nice to add this syrup to both my hot and iced coffees to avoid going to Starbucks. Delivered quickly, better price than big box stores. The Torani pump also works perfectly with this size bottle.

I have used and loved this product previously from both Amazon and my local grocery store. But I just recently ordered another box of the 4 bottles of the vanilla syrup and idk if this is just a bad batch or what? But something is definitely off with the taste. At least 2 of the 4 bottles in the box have a fruity/strawberry taste. I even had multiple other people try it to see if it was just my taste buds being off but they all agreed (I didn’t say anything about the fruity taste to any of them prior to them tasting it). I even bought a bottle from my grocery store to compare and the taste and color was not consistent between them. Unfortunately, this is not a returnable product so I had to reach out to Amazon customer service and am very thankful they agreed to give me a refund without having to send it back but now I’m cautious about placing another order because I doubt they will refund again if the same thing happens. I prefer to order it from Amazon because it ends up being WAY cheaper. Because of the inconsistency issue I rated 4 star, otherwise it would have been 5. ... show more
