I needed to replace some old cables and gave these a try. I love that it has a bag to keep them in and it’s not hard to put them back in it. That was my first concern. The brush was great too and I used it to clean corrosion on my lawn tractor battery. Definitely good value for what you’re paying.

Nice cable, with labelling to make it clear on the correct way to connect these during use. As an added bonus, they come with a wire brush and gloves so your hands don't get dirty - PERFECT!!! Plus a nice carry case. 4-Gauge should be perfect for any car and is certainly better than 6 or 8 gauge. At this price, get it. Buying a decent set of jumper cables was really hard work because I know what i needed and wanted. The thicker the cable the lower the Gauge (many people think think just the opposite). These are made of 6-gauge cables. A 10-gauge cable, for example, is typically too thin for jumping a car battery quickly and reliably. The Thicker the Cable, the more amperage they can handle to deliver more power to the dead battery. Pro's use probably a 1-2 Gauge set, but they are also more expensive! These are 16-ft long, absolutely perfect for most jumping situations. The Clamps are also decent and should easily do the job. They also come in a nice carry bag and tuck easily into the back of my car. Great for the Price! I would think they would make a great gift, especially with Winter just around the corner! I Just Bought Another set with a 15% Coupon for a friend! Hope This Helps! ... show more
