It's amazing. So unfortunately I've had to take medication for most of my forty years; mosty pill form. I've used many cases. They have all been fairly similar, or the same, in construction and design. This one is different in that the clasp for the individual container is a bit more robust. It also has an external container that the four, seven day, week containers fits into. I can imagine travel being better because of this. I'm tired of taping my old containers closed. Or worse, getting somewhere and having a great many pills at the bottom if my bag. The individual containers are larger than those one might buy at a pharmacy or somewhere like Walmart. Although, I have just now received it, it seems legit. If something goes wrong, I'll update my review. Now, I'm blown away by it's quality. Literally exactly what I’ve been looking for! I’m a pharmacist and I take a lot of supplements. I am also very visual and like my home to be beautiful. Most pill boxes are so ugly I never wanted to set them out. This one is so beautiful and classy that I can leave it on my bathroom vanity where I’ll remember to take my pills every morning. I love that it’s 4 weeks of storage instead of the typical AM, noon, PM, bedtime because I only take my supplements once a day. I did get a second one for my nighttime meds which are less critical but I wanted to setup a months worth of my daytime and bedtime meds for travel. Once a month I setup my pills, order anything I’ll be running low on, and I’m all set! If I’m going on an unexpected trip I can just grab a week of meds and toss them in my travel bag! I also adore the case because I had so many pill boxes where the daily lids would get messed up from travel or being in a drawer or purse etc. this added protection is GOLDEN. The last picture shows the size of this 9.3 x 5.7 x 1.4 inches relative to a piece of paper (8.5x11). I fit 12 large pills into ONE compartment for show. I used all 28 compartments and added 2 days each worth of pills. I.e. I can use one of the four containers for two weeks. Easy to open. Easy to close. Four separate containers with seven compartments each come with a case to hold them all. Takes up way less space than all the Rx bottles.     • This is a very good pill box.

I bought this box because it’s design gave me four weeks or rows of removable pill cubicles enclosed in another box. I’ve had it for three months and have noted the following ten points. 1. Each day’s pill cubicle is roomy enough for all my meds plus vitamins with room to spare. This includes some pretty large pills, eg four metformin tablets. Ie my pills take 1/4 the depth of the cube 2. There are no grooves or slides that can catch pills, break or crush them. Pills caught in pillbox slides are VERY hard to get out. 3. If I know I will be away from home I can take a single week row and leave the rest home. 4. Taking meds in their bottles when traveling is a pain. But the box does take time to load. I take 16 pills and vitamins a day. It takes me 20-30 minutes to load the box. That includes dumping a handful of pills into my palm several times per minute and fishing out any extra pill I might drop in by mistake. However, the convenience of having a days worth the pills all sorted and in one cubicle in the morning is a daily time saver. 5. While the weekly rows fit snugly in the outer box they are not hard to get out as there’s a small gap along the side. 6. The internal and external boxes are all made of plastic, but the inner rows of cubicles are more flexible while the outer box is rigid. 7. The clips securing the top to the bottom of the outer box, the clips securing the tops of each cubicle to their bottoms and the hinges at the back of both the cubicle tops and the outer box are made of a light weight flexible plastic. Only time will tell how they will hold up. This is especially cogent to the top of the outer box as it is opened and closed every day as the cubicle are opened once a month. But it is a plastic box after all. 7. The cubicle tops snap securely to the bottom. Not a single one on my box failed. This is important. All other snap shut boxes I have purchased in the past have had at least one and sometimes several tops that refused to snap shut. That happens when the tops snap into a little groove on the top that fits into the vertical side wall. This box has fold over snaps that fit over molded catches. 8. I chose green because some pills are sensitive to light. So far I have seen no change in the consistency of the pills. ie. They have not softened or changed taste. 9. While I have not traveled with the whole box yet, I did try it in my suitcase. I found if I put it in first and then pack on top of it, it doesn’t seem overly bulky. 10. I’ve dropped it twice and a.) it didn’t break or pop open and b.) the pills did not dump out of the cubicles. Every other box I have owned had cubical tops that popped open when dropped and spilled pills onto the floor. I attribute this miracle to the double box design. ... show more

At 75, my daily pill ritual was expanding. I was using a 7 day box, but used it in a different way. I filled each box with one type of pill and would take my 7 that way each day, eliminating the need to open 7 bottles. However, I've lately had occasional trouble remembering if I took them at all! First off, I just got this organizer yesterday and I'm already obsessed, but will definitely update if it fails quickly. :) I have a hard time remembering my vitamins, and I personally find organizing them weekly to be a pain, so I wanted a cohesive unit to do it monthly that was cute. I picked the cute pink option, I wood say it's kind of a deep dusty mayvey melon pink. Not a hot or bubblegum pink if that helps! I shared a pic of the case with a more pink soap pump I have in my bathroom to show what I mean. These little compartments hold a lot. Check out those pics! I take a lot of vitamins and this held some pretty large gel caps (my cranberry and fish oil gels are huge!) I was able to fit everything with room to spare. The weekly parts don't snap together as securely as some I've had in the past, but the box they live in has very secure snaps, so I'm not worried about anything getting spilled.
