I'm not using these for traveling but to keep pills that I need frequently beside my bed or on my side table in the living room. Having this pill case will eliminate so many pill bottles on my nightstand/side table. The quality of the plastic outer case is very nice and sturdy. (Like fisherprice hard plastic) I feel like it will hold up for a long time. The compartments that the pills are stored in were a bit hard to open, but they clicked shut tightly so I appreciate that. I think over time opening them, it will get easier to open. The outside clasp on the outer part of the case closes securely and I would feel completely comfortable carrying this in a purse or luggage without fear of it popping open. I keep this in my purse for some pills I use somewhat regularly like allergy meds, ibuprofen, etc. The main closure on the outside isn’t very secure, but the inside compartments are and I haven’t had a problem with anything spilling out. It is pretty small but each compartment fits a couple of pills and the big compartments fit a couple of tums well. ... show more

Did a two-week international trip and this thing was great for my daily supplements plus some things to take as needed. My only gripe about it is that the compartments can be hard to open with longer nails.

I have hypermobile fingers so my joints get all funky and I have a difficult time doing normal things, which is why I have a hard time opening some of the smaller compartments. I *really* love having this guy, though. I keep a couple of my daily pills in here as well as migraine, pain, etc. medicine. I found that I like using the bigger compartments to put in those little pills you have to pop out of the foil, like Benadryl. Really do enjoy having those, though. It’s small enough to carry with me in my bags, maybe not my pockets, but that’s OK because I probably don’t need them if I don’t take my purse somewhere! ... show more
