This is the first 300:1 Tonkat supplement I have found. Most common is the 100:1. Don’t ever waste your money on any Tonkat less than 100:1 if you’re a male. You just won’t notice anything. I’ll was actually super skeptical seeing a 300:1 and was not expecting it to be “real” in terms of concentration. I have no testing equipment other than my body and experience with other concentrations, but I can tell you that this feels more potent than others I’ve tried and at a good price. If you’re new to supplementing with Tonkat, you should start with 1 capsule rather than the 2 recommended. That’s because you really only want to use the minimum possible. You’ll also want to cycle it. I choose 4-5 days on and 2-3 days off per week. Some others cycle by taking it for a month, then taking a week or two break. That’s important for your body’s natural production. Taking it too long without a break will shut down your body’s natural production of important hormones and then you’ll be forced to supplement for the rest of your life. For those who have been recommended to take TRT; don’t. There are many supplements to resolve your issues and Tonkat is one of the first I’d recommend. Also add mega-dose Pine Pollen for a month and I see how much better you feel. I’m not a Doctor, so there’s that. UPDATE After posting my first review the mfg of this product reached out. They are refunding my money. So, the product did not work out for me but the manufacturer did right with supporting the product. Pros: It definitely improved my energy levels and made my workouts more productive. Cons: Seriously bad stomach pain for the firs hour or two after taking. It didn't matter if I took it with food or not. Ultimately I ended up with diarrhea and had to stop using this supplement. ... show more

    • Great value but my bottle's inside seal was removed.

Great value but my bottle came with the exterior and interior seals removed. I could see the inside seal was there at some point but was removed. I was not able to return the item for obvious saftey reasons.

Total T 418 Free T 50. Before starting “ This was. Year prior but did not change much besides adding supplement. Work out daily and eat pretty clean.” After using supplements 824 Total and 102 free 45 male, so appears to be working I will say when u first start might have trouble falling asleep so maybe work your way up to 3. I previously used another more expensive brand but switched to this brand. I will say at 47 it works as advertised. I noticed increased metabolism and it also boost testosterone in a very useful way. Truly could be an ambassador for this product. May look into a wholesale venture.

I was looking for something to really take the combination of Korean Red Ginseng and Maca Root in aiding the strength and duration of my performance. Not only did it not work, it reduced strength and duration. I took seven out of eight days. The day of not taking was to check if I what I was suspecting was accurate. Sure enough, no problems getting to full blown performance without this supplement. Oh and the headaches started coming on in the last two days. This supplement also created prolonged headaches that are still there after a full night of sleep. I took three more days just to make sure it wasn’t something else, and I’m very certain it his absolutely linked to this supplement. No other changes in diet or daily routines, just adding back this supplement. I was really hoping for a supplement to get me into the over an hour of performance range like when I was younger and healthier, but no luck with this. I’m happy if it works for you, but it not only didn’t work, it made things worse for performance. Also, no difference in energy levels as some here seem to suggest.
