This rug is very soft- both in texture and also seems to have a memory-foam layer as well. It was shipped folded and vaccum-packed. It took an hour or two to fill out after we opened it and maybe a day for the folds to completely disappear. The color and design look ok. It has a backing that keeps it from scooting around on our wood floors. I just have a little mixed feelings on the texture of the rug- it sort of feels like a thick pile fleece blanket. It feels nice, but will it look like I have a blanket on the floor to some people? I've had it in my living room for a bit more than a week now and can't decide if its the right rug for under our coffee table or if it might better in another location. ... show more

I like the size and the color. The material is soft to the touch. The rug though is too thin and too lightweight to be called a rug. The non-slip backing is rather thin. It adds a decorative element to the family room floor. My nephew loves lying on it because he said it is comfy. I think it is a good choice at the price range. Overall it’s a pretty good rug. Only issue is the smell, it has a pretty strong chemical smell. I let it air out for a night, that didn’t really do much. So I washed it and let it air out one more night. After that the smell was mostly gone. The wash didn’t cause any damage and helped fluff up the fibers a bit. Arrives vacuum sealed and is hard to get its shape back. The creases are hard to get rid of and even lost its shape. Even after letting it air out for a week. This is more like a large bathroom bath. Cute pattern but not the highest quality

The rug is good looking and VERY soft. My big issue is there is no weight to it. It's very light and my dog is constantly tripping on it and the entire rug moves. Other than that I really like this rug. Very neutral color palette and goes with most decor.

This rug comes vacuum sealed and has a bad chemical smell once expanded. A quick wash cycle and hanging overnight to dry worked just fine. The pattern and color were what I had hoped for and fits well at the door of the bed. This rug isn't very thick and is better for decor than feel. The anti-slip texture in the bottom is really only good when a significant amount of weight is on it. Rambunctious pets will send this thing sliding all over the place. All in all, this is a decent little rug for decorating and is a good fit for my needs. ... show more

This rug does not have padding between the pile and the bottom of the rug. Not having a thick pile or padding, the rug is OK not great for the winter. It serves as a rug.
