The only fault I see is the pistons that allow the shovel and loader arm to move are plastic inside plastic. If it is a little kid (luckily in my case it is) they will just play with it just as it is. If you try and move those parts, it is very difficult. I can see snapped off parts or disconnected parts. It was a good priced toy and looks cool and seems pretty durable otherwise. I wound up getting an old, used Tonka loader on the internet as a back up. ... show more

Great size, but seems rather fragile to me. Little facts: Two noise buttons on top - always a bonus. :) The hood lifts up [negative] --> The hydraulic levers on the bucket aren't long enough to stay connected when the bucket is lifted to its highest point so those we don't even bother reassembling because they just keep coming out. Doesn't effect play, just poor design. The cab doors, DO NOT open. However, the back part is open so you can fit little farmers or other drivers in the cab with a little finagling. Other than being a little more plastic and fragile than I expected, it is a great tractor. Our 3 year old plays with it daily! ... show more

Just wish the toy tractors weren't made with plastic. Can't do serious farming (pushing down as they drive all over the house (their fields) with it. But he is enjoying it.
