OK there is a mixed review coming here , this LOL was like nothing i have ever seen in terms of prizes and clever packaging and unwrapping , plus the features and isntruments that already work, all amazing BUT this is important for me , because I have a little girl, these dolls are not dressed appropriately for a young girl, they are dressed in sexy lingerie !!!!! their bodies are bodies of "pin up girls" I did not realize that this was a porn star rock badn under the guise of LOL ......nothing against pin up for adults ok? but for Gods sake that is not ok for a young girl.....I was mortified and for the entire opening am trying to figure out how to deal with this situation, because it is not ok for my girl to think these are girls , they are not dressed like girl;s NOR modeled like teen girls or even little girls these are risque women dolls.....boobs and everything, thigh highs! bustiers, tiny waists....not a wholesome like image of Barbie so to speak , I know Barbie has a physique as well but this was not like that , these are "bad girls: with a right in your face sexy image and outfits! I handled the situation and will fix it myself for my girl because thats the last thing kids need these days .....to sell a product geared toward little girls with this image is crazy! nothing like what it appeared to be , if i had realized that i would have NEVER gotten this for my girl ! Never! So think twice ....this is a good gift for an adult who collects perhaps or college age girl and even then ...the outfits are meant for women.....not girls or teens .....totally inappropriate ! Shame on LOL makes me not want to buy the brand again....and shame on Amazon for promoting what is basically sexually explicitly dressed dolls /toys for girls ! ok so you see????? its a tough situation .....i didn't realize i can save the situation as a mom so the day isnt ruined but seriously this is so messed up ! ... show more

I received this back in Sept. it was difficult to open everything and confusing. The garbage the packaging created is just not smart. When I dress OMG Dolls I pop off their hands to make dressing them easier. Their hands are usually made to do this. However, the blond haired dolls hand came completely off the hinge when I tried to remove the hand. There was no way to reattach it. I see from other reviews that others have had this same issue with this same exact omg doll so it is obviously a defective doll. I’m an adult collector and this happened right as I got it out of the package. I super glued the hand because Amazon does not offer replacement items. I did not want to return the entire set it is heavy large and takes a long time to open. Plus that is a waste for just one doll. So I super glued the hand but it did not hold. So in Nov I contacted MGA. I did not even know about the warranty until I was reading about it on a review on here. They stated on their site that they had an extended holiday return window until Jan 2021. I did not receive a reply. So I figured it was due to busy holidays and I waited until March to resubmit my warranty claim. They then responded and said I wasn’t within the warranty. I called and told them that I had submitted my claim in Nov and was told to resubmit my pics in an email. So I did this and received a response that I wasn’t in the return warranty window and that because the hand was super glued I could not get a replacement. The super glue was so that I would not lose the hand. Even though they did have an extended holiday warranty. The company offered me nothing but excuses for their defective product. These dolls are so rushed into production that there are numerous flaws and defective dolls and they will not stand by their products. At the VERY least if they would have answered me back in Nov and denied the claim THEN I would have known I would have had to return the entire set to Amazon. But I did not receive a reply. I thought they were busy and took a long time to get through all requests. Plus COVID has slowed things down so much. So I’m out of the return window for Amazon now. I really did think that MGA would be a good company and stand by their customers and products. I really expected them to replace the doll. I have bought so much from them. They make SO much money! But apparently every penny counts with this company. They seem to forget that customers are the ones paying this money. So if you are filing for a warranty through them do not expect them to stand by their product. Be sure to file within 30 days regardless of what their holiday return policy says. If their product is broken let it stay broken do not try to reattach anything even for it not to get lost. The less chance they have for excuses the better. Although I’m sure they will have other excuses for other issues. I’ve heard from others that they have an excuse for everything so as not to give out a replacement. They make billions so a $20 replacement doll would not have hurt them. You can see a pic here of the hand I super glued. Personal experience: I really liked the dolls of OMG Remix line, my box came with all the items inside, the dolls hadn't problems of joints, hair or painting. Are beautiful, a great addition to my OMG collection. To be honest I was having doubts about paying for this big set (Especially for the taxes for South America) because I was seeing some reviews with several problems with the dolls. Well, I can say my LoL Surprises are coming perfect, the 4 little sisters are having all their accessories, good joints and the painting is okay. The instruments work well too. BUT for 3 of the 4 OMG, I had certain difficulties. For example: - Bhad Gurl: The jacket... the rivets, are very delicate, I lost 5 or 6 when I was putting it on the doll. The fluffy gaiters, at least what I have for my doll, are losing "hairs" like a cat, with a lighty touch (second picture.) -Fame Queen: The skirt, it cannot surround the waist of the doll. I don't know if it just happened to my Fame Queen doll. Only for a little centimeter... it can't be clasped. -Ferocious: The only defect here, one of the gaiters... it came with one lace cut (see the picture). For the rest, all okay. I hadn't problems with Metal Chick. Her hair is a bit messy in the bangs, but it can be fixed. ... show more

Bought this on prime day for my niece for Christmas. Have held onto it for almost 5 months and was finally able to give it to her. She made sure to call me a couple days after Christmas after she had time to unbox and play with all her gifts and tell me how much she absolutely loved this and how she loves that the instruments play music. Big hit for a 7 year old. Definitely recommend!!! ... show more
