I had another wrist support and my hand started hurting in the morning for several hours after I took it off. (That one was larger, longer and it came up above my fingers.). I was looking for something that would only encompass my wrist and palm and not the fingers. This is the perfect option!!! I have been using it for over a month now and I don’t have any problems with my hand or fingers going numb or hurting. I’ve been using these braces for barely two weeks for carpal tunnel syndrome in both arms caused by a lot of repetitive work and lifting at my job. The pain has been bad enough to wake me up at night, but that hasn’t happened since I got these. I wear them overnight and wake up more or less pain-free. I also wear them at work. They’re relatively comfortable and thankfully breathable. I do appreciate the support and stability they give my wrists (especially when lifting heavy boxes), but they still allow enough movement to use my hands. The overall tingling and pain have diminished, which is very promising because I’ve been worried that I was doing permanent damage. I’m impressed enough with these that I’m ordering a second set so I can keep one at work and one at home. Worth the price even if I have to replace them occasionally due to the Velcro wear others have mentioned. ... show more

About a year ago, I needed a brace to ease the pain of carpal tunnel. I bought several pairs, a different vendors. This was the best in terms of comfort, weight, choice of colors, size, price. I like this model best because it is short. I need support in my wrists, so I don't need something that is going to cover half my forearm. I’ve had a few typing, braces and other types of carpal tunnel wrist braces over the years. These ones I use for when I’m sleeping at night because my carpal tunnel is getting worse. When I actually remember to wear these, I tend to sleep better which surprised me. I’m also able to use my wrists a lot more during the day after having worn these at night, and I was pretty skeptical that it was going to work. I bought the L/XL right and left in blue. I sprained or strained my left wrist recently and I started wearing a wrist brace I’ve had for years. Nothing is really wrong with my old one except it’s a one size fits most kind of deal and a bit small for me in the forearm portion. The velcro on the bottom of my old one “just” closes and doesn’t leave much room for adjustment. I bought this one specifically because it had the L/XL size. I was hoping it would have more room in the forearm area. It does fit much better and It has longer strips of Velcro that actually fit my arm properly and give me the room to make it tighter or looser for comfort/support. So far it’s very comfortable’ve worn it during the day and to sleep in. It’s a little big in the thumb hole area, but my old brace was too big in that area as well. My hands are on the small side. I got these not for support, but as a base for FreedomWavePD Gloves to treat Parkinson's. They have a soft velcro surface on the back of them which lets you stick stuff to the back with velcro.

These fit pretty well, I like the color. I bought these because I've been having weakness pain and other issues with both my wrist, hands, and arms. Suspect carpal tunnel. Looking for something I can wear and still do activities during the day and have good support while I'm sleeping at night. So far I'm only concerned about the velcro it does catch a little bit on clothes and other fabrics. But otherwise it's fairly comfortable. I also feel the pink color looks nice and a little bit less medical than just some kind of beige or tan. And I like the curves and style of it which I feel helps with being able to do some activities while wearing them. Would recommend, I bought both a left and right hand set as I do need support in both sometimes but I've been mostly using the right hand brace ... show more
