I've been doing my own nails for most of my life & have been wanting to get back into press ons lately. My hands are large, my fingers are long & my nail beds are long and wide. Most nails don't fit my fingers. These nails are perfect & require very limited, if any, additional shaping. They are very malleable and comfortable to wear while still being sturdy. I use Kiss brand nail glue & they last about 2 - 3 weeks before starting to pop off and I have yet to have one bend or break. I generally do my nails once a week, with these nails I have been changing them every 2 weeks. I work in an office setting and spend all day typing and using my hands, I still haven't had any issues. I got these nails in the shortest version available so they would be perfect for my everyday use. While they do fit my needs, I will admit that they are pretty much the same length of my natural nails so I will be getting the longer length for special occasions. I highly recommend these nails. Especially for beginners. My biggest tip would be to make sure you prep your nails first - do what works best for you. I apply a nail strengthener first to ensure my natural nails are protected and healthy. Make sure there are no air bubbles when you glue the nails down - since they're clear, it's very easy to see bubbles or empty space. Don't use too much glue & make sure the nails are completely dry & sealed before putting your hands in water or any liquid - if not sealed properly, liquid can become trapped under your nails & can lead to the nails popping off or nail fungus. ... show more

I'm a huge fan of the 15 sizes! I find that I can size down one or two on this brand over the 10 size sets and get a better fit. I didn't think I would be that excited about them being attached to the strip in the middle, but that makes it super easy to paint and cure them before putting them on. :) I do like to go in and paint several sets in advance. I ordered some extra short ones that are arriving today. Hopefully I won't have to take the time to trim them down. UPDATE: I ordered the extra short oval and this length is good. I type all day long and this length is great without being a nuisance. I've added pics of the extra short ovals only so you can see the short length. It's been hard to find shorter nails and I've noticed a struggle to find short nails. Go with the extra short if this is what you're looking for! ... show more

I turned to press/glue on nails after becoming allergic to something in the acrylic/gel world. I've been searching for something that looks either real or at least like I went to a salon. These are the closest thus far. The key is they're thinner at the cuticle and that makes a huge difference on my nails. I used Static glue and I didn't use a lot. (I've had issues getting glued on nails to come off. I think because I have a lot of ridges, glue tends to stick a little too well.). I did pop off 1 after about 2 days and another after about another 2 days, but I think that was me using less glue more than the nail itself. I'll use a good amount next go 'round and I'm sure it will be fine. I would say, at least with this glue, it's good to put the glue on and let it dry for a few seconds and then press on, otherwise the nail may slide around a bit at first. However I will say I’ve noticed the length of them are not even i got the extra short square and the thumb is super short but the rest of the nails are longer oh and the pinky is short which doesn’t make sense so u have to cut down the other nails to match altogether only downfall so for someone wanting to put on and not put the work in your nails will be uneven. ... show more

...as most of the kits I've tried so far give the tips in baggies not even sorted by size. The tips themselves are sturdy, which was good, as I had to file them into shape. Not too curved, not too straight, they look natural just painted up as a press-on. The variety and number of sizes was also nice so I could try them out to see which I liked. The multi gel smells like Pine-Sol, and was so sticky. I couldn't use it for adhering the tips or topcoat, but for building up a shape or filling in after a design, it worked. The lamp is small, but powerful, and came with a long cord. Once I use these up, I'm looking to try other styles from this brand, as well as a refill of these, as their tips are nice and reasonably priced. ... show more

I finally found a nail that glued on properly. Only one nail out of ten got a small air bubble. They are frosted clear. I painted them red. I've had so much trouble gluing nails on lol. None of them stick properly. I have more flat nail plates and so many nails have strong C curves,that creates a gap,then normally less then 24 the nails pop off. This length is exactly what I was looking for. I don’t know necessarily that it looks like coffin shape as it does more square and maybe that’s because they are so short. But I love that I didn’t have to cut them down just slightly file where it was attached to the strip. They were a pain to get glued on. Maybe it was just the nail glue I was using but it too a long time to stick to the nail and even while I was dipping 2 came off. We will see how they hold up but so far I like them. ... show more
