When making cards, I find that some times double stick tape or a glue stick does not work. Instead this guy rolls and adheres what I need easily and flat. It is a bit expensive as well as it's refills but I works so well with papercraft. When you first get it, it does take a few tries to get the hang of it so don't get frustrated! I needed a tape runner for folded card stock. This works well, in that it holds the folded card stock tightly. However, it doesn't come out evenly. Sometimes it doesn't run a line of "glue" and sometimes it does. Or, it only tapes half the distance I put it on. And the glue sometimes ends up on the rest of the card stock because it doesn't separate from the roll smoothly and sort of strings out after I've stopped gluing and lift the dispenser. I have been using this product for many years and have never had anything but a great experience with it. One of the reviews I read said to buy Staples brand - DON'T do it. After reading that I felt I needed to write a review. I am pretty sure I have tried every brand on the market and Staples brand was worthless - they ended up in the trash. The adhesive jammed up constantly and the adhesive was not as strong. Don't waste your money trying to save a few cents, in the end you will waste tape, ruin projects and frustration levels will soar. ... show more
