I don't have those problems with the product. I think they might be using the tape backwards. You do have to look at the tip to be sure you have the right side. Bought these b/c I thought they were shades of blue and I was trying to mark out a correction on a light blue document. These are white. Should have read the description more carefully. The media could not be loaded. These are so much better than the traditional white out pens. I think the amount you get for the money is great. I love how clean it looks and it’s super easy to use. I was recording with one hand in the video and trying to use the white out pen with the other so it looks like I’m struggling a bit, but that has nothing to do with the white out pen itself. I also like how easy it is to write over. No dry time. And the pen doesn’t rip the white out. All in all, my OCD loves this! ... show more
