This is a unique situation to a problem I’ve had with my last mirror. They typically ship with an anti-fog coating that works well initially but eventually wears off and stops working. I have taken 2 showers so far and I’m pleased to say that this works great! The hot water from the shower heats up the mirror and keeps it from condensing fog on it. There is no anti fog coating on the mirror which is fine. Materials feel a little cheap. There’s no suction cup option so if you’re moving or renting it may be difficult to relocate it. But considering it’s the only type of shower mirror that works in this way I think it’s worthy of 5 stars! ... show more

    • Works well but a bit bulky
The mirror works well for being fogless if you follow their instructions with water in the back of it. The whole thing is a bit bulky though and shelf is not good for holding a razor. They would have made a better product if there was a vertical holder for your razor in the shelf. Maybe they will make an updated model! ... show more

This mirror came early first of all. I got it two days before it was estimated to arrive. Product came out of the box looking great. I followed the instructions, which were very easy to understand, and installed the mirror. I let it sit 24 hours per he instructions. First time in the shower I filled it with water, and NO FOG!!!! The little squeegee thing is a nice feature. My only complaint is that I didn't order he one with a light. My shower isn't dark, and it might not have even made a difference, but I would like to see how the lighted version works. This mirror is holding fast o the wall, and hasn't fogged up yet, unless I didn't put water in it. This is a great product from a great company and I would not only recommend this, but I am hinting of giving it as gifts!!! Update: 07/27/2014 Well it finally happened. A few days ago the mirror let loose. A little over 1 year from purchase, the bracket things that connects to the wall came loose. The mirror made a tremendous crashing sound, and it found my mirror lying in the bottom of my tub. I do want to make it clear that the mirror did not break, even when falling about 6 feet from where it was mounted on my wall to the tub floor where I found it. The little squeegee thing had come out of it's holding slot. But really, I mean I was surprised it wasn't damaged after that kind of fall and impact. I also want to make it clear that the mirror was still attached to the bracket, even after the fall. The impact shifted the angle of tilt for the mirror, but the mirror and bracket were still intact. I could have re-attached the bracket to the wall, but I accidentally broke the clip post thing on one side, so the mirror will now not click into place. But I caused that problem, until I broke the post I planned to get some silicone and remount the mirror. As I inspected what happened, if looks to me like I didn't apply the silicone exactly how I should have, and that is what caused the bracket to come loose. Originally I tried to apply silicone to some other areas to "help" the bracket be more secure, and in doing so, I failed to apply the silicone correctly. So I don't fault the company or product for coming loose. I will not be re-purchasing this product however because it did have one major flaw. No light. I see I can get the lighted version of this mirror for a little more and so I am going to upgrade to the lighted version. And I am doing that happily. This mirror was very durable and very effective. Once I put the water in, there was no fog. I love shaving in the shower, and this mirror was excellent for that. I have absolutely 0 buyer's remorse. I have already highly suggested this product to family and friends. This mirror works incredibly well. The image is clean and clear, and it does not fog up. This is an excellent product from an excellent company. I am not even hesitant in purchasing the lighted version. I myself simply can not believe the negative ratings for this product. I have really enjoyed this mirror and would buy it again in a heartbeat if not for the lighted model. If you want a fog free mirror for your shower, I couldn't recommend this one enough. I can't see how you could be disappointed. I wasn't. This mirror was great! ... show more

This is an awesome product that I bought for my husband back in 2018! I actually READ the instructions on how to hang it and how to keep it from fogging up and it has worked perfectly since the day I put it up! He loves it and it works! Just slide it up, pour out the old water and fill it up with your hot shower water! Slide it back down, and use the squeegee! Done in about 3 seconds! No fog at all! 6 years and still works like it’s new! I cannot recommend this enough!! Get it and you won’t be sorry! (Just read the instructions. They’re super easy!) ... show more

Omg how did I even shower before I had this. It’s seriously saved me so much time and hassle after messing with other mirrors in the past and it’s SO SIMPLE. Ok so I bought this mirror and stuck it up in the ol’ shower and it was no problem at all it went right on. The mirror slides right off in an upward motion and can easily fill up the water reservoir. After you do that, it really does not fog up and it’s crystal clear. It’s easily the best and most affordable shower mirror I’ve ever had and I’ve been through several of them. This one also comes with the squeegee and it also slides right out so you can wipe off any water droplets that might’ve got on the mirror when you was filling up the tank. I was a bit skeptical when I bought this because I didn’t know how clear it’d be. I’ve had several that says it won’t fog up and you get it in the hot shower and sure enough it fogs up but this one is great. 10/10 grab this mirror for sure you won’t be disappointed. ... show more

    • How to make this mirror so it doesn't fog up.
Positives. Sticks very well to smooth surfaces anyway. Have tried on semi-smooth, but I think it will work. Excellent design. Nice size. Comes with a little squeegee to clean mirror. The mirror angle is adjustable up and down. Has a nice size ledge to set my razor on. (Strange they didn't had hooks to hang a razor and shave brush)? Negatives. A little pricey for what it is. Need a hand held shower head. IT FOGS UP... The way I found to keep it from fogging up is to spray the back of the mirror. There is a place behind the mirror that holds water. So filling it up with warm water seems to keep it clear. Maybe it was designed to hold the water in the back. I don't know. I'm a guy, I don't read the instructions. Interesting, spraying the front of the mirror to warm it up, keeps it clear for only like 45 seconds. It b does not work. The best no fog mirrors are the ones that has a tube that connects behind the shower head and attaches to the back of the mirror. It allows constant warm water to swirl around the back of the mirror, keeping the mirror warm and thus, keeping it from fogging up. Unfortunately, I have found it harder and harder to find that style. I seem to have bought the last two on Amazon. I haven't seen any since. Happy shaving. ... show more
