Hate the ugly packaging but understand is a necessary evil. Looks nice & clean and keeps new TP off the floor and within reach. Complaint from husband is that tower is too high (4-rolls)…I see as good storage. Ultimately I am happy with purchase and would buy again. It was pretty easy and quick to put together once I figured out which direction the rods screwed in. I can easily fit 5 rolls with a little room to spare. Does the job it's supposed to. Easy to assemble, holds 4-5 rolls, and they don't touch the floor. Also I was concerned it would be too light and topple over or move around easily but it's not. It's heavy enough and sturdy enough that when you grab a roll it doesn't move or topple over.
