We haven't had to buy any other pillow after these. ************ I've just opened my box and my LO hasn't used this yet, so I'm just sharing my first impressions. I usually don't do that, but I'm not usually immediately impressed. So these pillows come in a nice box and vacuum sealed within that. It also came with a little "free gift" cutting tool in the box, about the size and shape of a credit card with a little chunk cut out of it angled toward the center, where a small blade is. I am not certain what it is, but I'm going to use it to cut packing tape on boxes. That seems like a plausible purpose for that cutter. I ordered these pillows yesterday, they arrived this morning. Happy with that. My almost 2 year old has a well used toddler pillow from another company that's been great, but before I washed it, I wanted a backup in case that doesn't go well. So anyway, these are machine washable and dryable, which was a huge part of why I went with these. The pillows, once fluffed out from the vacuum sealed package, are very nicely fluffy but still not too much for a tiny kid. I think my little guy is gonna love these. It looks super cozy. There's no smell. The seams and construction feel solid. I'll update if my use of this product drops my opinion of them, but at this point, I'm thrilled with this purchase. ... show more

These pillows come in a small box and they are compressed but after you open them up they do expand in size. The size and comfort levels are great. You can use them for children or as travel pillows. This set also came with cute little pillow cases.

**First, make sure you also order some pillow cases... these do not come with them. These pillows are nice quality and soft. The only issue is the thickness... they're TOO thick. If you're looking for a super thick toddler pillow... then look no further! My 21 month old son won't use them and I can see why... if I had the equivalent in an adult sized pillow, it'd be too much for me too. These might be better for an older toddler... ... show more

I bought these for my son as his first pillow. Once he outgrew it at home/in his toddler bed it worked perfectly for a daycare nap pillow. I did the same for my daughter two years later. They are also great for travel for kids or adults as I don't even mind using it as an adult for a night. I bring one in the car while traveling for myself as well. I was very happy with these toddler pillows! They came vacuum sealed so I was a little weary they would not fluff up but they filled out very well, not flat at all. My son seems to find his very comfortable and won’t nap without it now
