So I purchased a 26 year old home recently, and a lot of things are outdated! I knew that changing lights can have a great impact on the look of a house and decided to change the chandelier. Here’s my experience below: 1. The light looks great! My installer did not complain of damage or missing pieces. He is a professional and did not complain of a gruesome assembly process. 2. Amazon did not deliver the package to my house, they sent it to USPS because the box was too large/heavy. This may be something to consider if you have a small car, live too far from your local post office, can’t work your 9-5 and find time to go to the post office as well before they close, or can’t lift large items into a car by yourself. 3. The picture shows the light I replaced. My ceiling is 18ft and I believe this chandelier fits the space well. Also, the chain length is the maximum length but I believe if you need longer you can ask the manufacturer. Overall, great purchase!!! ... show more

I saw a chandelier exactly like this in one of local stores and fell in love. But couldn’t afford it because the price was 3.5K!!! And then, I found this one on Amazon! Chandelier is beautiful but a few of the crystals were scratched and one was broken. It says in the listing don’t worry, we will send extra crystals. I’ve tried contacting the company and Amazon without luck. Amazon said I can return it, it’s already installed. I don’t need to return it, I just need some extra crystals. The media could not be loaded. I love this chandelier so much. I didn’t attach the last row because it had so many tiers and my Ceilings are only 10 feet. Gives me RH vibes with the crazy price.

It's very beautiful but I had some issues. 1) It comes with the wrong size screws 2) The instructions are very out of order 3) The holes were too close together to get attach the flange (Idk, the silver metal part) so I had to drill the hole so it would be wide enough 4) The instructions show 3 wires to twist connect, but it only has the black, white, and ground wires (you don't connect the ground wire to a wire so that one doesn't count) I'm troubleshooting the bulbs now but it puts out less light than the glow from my laptop at night. ... show more

I like it, it’s big and beautiful, but it doesn’t seem to have the rainbow of color my other chandelier has. Also, when you sit at the table and look up, you see the inner construction of the light including light bulbs. Because of the multitude of crystal balls that hang from my other chandelier, all that is hidden. I don’t think I would buy this type again. ... show more
