The crane works exactly as it should, smooth motion and easy to move around on its wheels. It arrived one day before the end of the estimated timeframe. After assembling it, I used the crane to pick up a motorcycle for some service. It was stable and I felt confident that it would hold significantly more weight. It is not perfect. The instructions do not identify the operating parts and how to use them, nor how to fold it.. It took me several minutes before I realized that I had to fully compress the piston before it work. The box it came in was in pretty bad shape when dropped off by FedEx. Luckily the only damage to the crane was a slightly bent leg, fixed easily by a 5-pound hammer. ... show more

This is absolutely trash! None of the holes line up, if they did only 1 out of the 40 does. theres powder coating in them so you have to file that out. The package came damaged... Not the company's fault.... The directions to put it together is 1 page and only a picture, not discribing which bolt goes where but a 60×100. 3 or 2 of them. If you're going to lift an engine out of the cradle make sure it doesnt have a long nose, the lift arm is probably 40inches from tip to end...... this thing is only good for lawn mower motors! Definitely NOT.... I repeat NOT worth the price! Do yourself a favor and go to harbor fright and buy that junk for $120 less because this quality is way below that. On a plus side it came fed ex 3days early and set out in plain sight. The bright red paint was really really noticeable and let me know what exactly it was through the ripped boxes. ... show more

    • Nice heavy duty lift for the money can't beat it
We use this product to remove and exchange engines on our boat 50 horse to a 25 horse and back product works well rolls nicely only problem directions a bit sketchy not that you really need them the neat thing is that the legs fold up and the whole thing is only about 3 ft by 3 ft you can roll it away anywhere ..in your garage ... show more

Read some reviews about parts missing or damaged. My husband was blessed to have his arrive in good condition. No damage or missing parts. He got it together without problems, he hasn’t got to use it yet as we are waiting for our 2nd bay to garage be finished then he can try it out. Definitely would by from this seller again!     • Can you wait 3-4 weeks for a poorly made product?

I received the hoist like many other customers missing parts. Unlike other customers, I was missing 4 out of 6 wheels. I contact customer service, after waiting two days for a response, and telling Titan's customer service my issue, she says she won't ship the wheels that same day, and will be out for the following two days, and will ship them then. So we have MANY customers receiving incomplete items, and then you have to wait 4-5 days to even get the incomplete item in the mail, and another week for it to arrive. So unless you can wait 3 weeks for a complete hoist, look elsewhere. I bought my own wheels and drilled holes to fit because I was under a time crunch. Then the pins wouldn't slide all the way in because of poor craftsmanship, so I had to take a Dremel to the product so I could even assemble it. Both of the "new" wheels I received already had paint chipping off of them. On top of all of that, you can spend slightly more and get a hoist that includes a leveler, and doesn't include Titans poor, customer service. I've bought hundreds of dollars of weightlifting equipment from them, and this is how they treat repeat customers. ... show more

    • Worst Purchase Ever!
By far the worst purchase I ever made on Amazon. When it first arrived, all hardware, a few wheels and structural base were missing. After a few weeks I was able to get the missing parts. The assembly was difficult as the manual is almost useless. Upon assembly I tested the lift and it worked fine. Few days later I attempt to lift an engine, and the jack does not work at all! I'm beyond frustrated at this point. DO NOT BUY THIS LIFT!!!!! ... show more
