This has been great to use on our bassinet, stroller, car seat, and highchair. It's easy to move from one place to another, even with arthritic hands. Love that it has a "silent" mode that just rotates without the music. I do wish it had a volume control for when the music is on, as it is a little loud in close proximity (such as when on the car seat). But be aware that it will not attach to anything with a thicker frame, such as the frame of many types of wooden cribs. Since we got it to be a portable solution, this does not bother us. Be aware that if your bassinet has cloth over the sides, you may need to move the cloth and attach it straight to the frame or it can tip over because the cloth prevents a tight fit. ... show more

I had my third and final baby 2 months ago and thus looked for a mobile that wouldn’t break the budget, since we won’t need it after he’s done with his crib. He absolutely loves this mobile and is a baby that won’t let me set him down for more than 30 seconds normally. He will sit an watch this mobile for the entire 30 minutes it plays and doesn’t make a peep.     • Good to distract my baby while changing diapers

My babys favorite mobile. This happens to be next to the changing table, which distracts my baby from me changing her diaper. She even likes to stay at the changing table watching this. Got one more for play pen in the living room so she can play there while i do some housework

My daughter absolutely loves this mobile. I don’t love how loud the motor is but the music is loud enough without being overpowering. She stares at it for hours. Be careful because the arm doesn’t tighten well so I make sure not to put her directly under it. It hasn’t fallen but I do worry about it. Otherwise it’s been working fine. ... show more

Firstly, I love Tiny Love’s “Magical Tales” line. The designs are adorable and my son really likes the black and white, high-contrast characters. I also have their stroller arch and after buying these, play to get their play mat and jumper. Pros of this mobile: It’s small, so you can attach it to a car seat, stroller, play gym or pack-n-play, and it’s not going to be too obtrusive. For not being able to change the volume, it’s at a decent setting. Loud enough to keep the baby interested, but not loud enough to be annoying. It also plays nice music, nothing I was familiar with, but not the same typical 3 lullabies that most come programmed with. So, it’s a nice changed up from the mobile attached to his crib, although he is usually happy just to watch it with the music off. The versatility of the hanging elements: it comes with an arm (although I am not a huge fan of this, see below), a claw clip, and how we use it is without either, with the strap that attaches to them simply attached to his play gym. I have no fear of it slipping or loosening, and it’s easy to remove when I want to take it off for him to focus on other toys. The cons: It has no volume control. That seems like a pretty basic thing to include at this day in age. But, as I said, I’m not unhappy with the volume I’m stuck with. That arm. Ugh. I originally bought this with attachment to the changing table in mind. First of all, the arm definitely does not give you enough clearance from the standard changing table rail, even without a pad. Same with the changing table attached to my pack-n-play. Either way it would be smacking my baby in the face. It will, however, work on the side of a pack-n-play with the extra clearance. That being said, I have little to no faith in the twist clamp that secures it, and with the weight of the mobile’s motor compared to the arm’s strength, would probably never want it above my baby’s head when attached with that. The same twist clamps work great on the play arch that I have, but the physics aren’t the same to keep the two things upright. The arm is adjustable, so you can move it to the left, right, or leave it centered, but it’s already been tossed in a toy box, and probably won’t be brought out again. The claw clip would work fine if you have an edge to hang it from, but I personally am more comfortable with the strap itself, but it would take a few seconds longer to put on a take off. I took off one star due to the lack of volume control and the poorly designed arm, but all in all, I’m very happy with it for the purposes I use it.
