Very sweet mobile, great to clip onto bassinet, without it overpowering the size of the bed. The colors are vibrant which I feel like engages the baby. It was quite simple to put together and to safely attach. The mobile can also be moved side to side while attached. The volume cannot be controlled but it's set at a good level. Firstly, I love Tiny Love’s “Magical Tales” line. The designs are adorable and my son really likes the black and white, high-contrast characters. I also have their stroller arch and after buying these, play to get their play mat and jumper. Pros of this mobile: It’s small, so you can attach it to a car seat, stroller, play gym or pack-n-play, and it’s not going to be too obtrusive. For not being able to change the volume, it’s at a decent setting. Loud enough to keep the baby interested, but not loud enough to be annoying. It also plays nice music, nothing I was familiar with, but not the same typical 3 lullabies that most come programmed with. So, it’s a nice changed up from the mobile attached to his crib, although he is usually happy just to watch it with the music off. The versatility of the hanging elements: it comes with an arm (although I am not a huge fan of this, see below), a claw clip, and how we use it is without either, with the strap that attaches to them simply attached to his play gym. I have no fear of it slipping or loosening, and it’s easy to remove when I want to take it off for him to focus on other toys. The cons: It has no volume control. That seems like a pretty basic thing to include at this day in age. But, as I said, I’m not unhappy with the volume I’m stuck with. That arm. Ugh. I originally bought this with attachment to the changing table in mind. First of all, the arm definitely does not give you enough clearance from the standard changing table rail, even without a pad. Same with the changing table attached to my pack-n-play. Either way it would be smacking my baby in the face. It will, however, work on the side of a pack-n-play with the extra clearance. That being said, I have little to no faith in the twist clamp that secures it, and with the weight of the mobile’s motor compared to the arm’s strength, would probably never want it above my baby’s head when attached with that. The same twist clamps work great on the play arch that I have, but the physics aren’t the same to keep the two things upright. The arm is adjustable, so you can move it to the left, right, or leave it centered, but it’s already been tossed in a toy box, and probably won’t be brought out again. The claw clip would work fine if you have an edge to hang it from, but I personally am more comfortable with the strap itself, but it would take a few seconds longer to put on a take off. I took off one star due to the lack of volume control and the poorly designed arm, but all in all, I’m very happy with it for the purposes I use it. My son loves it, I would buy it again and recommend it to others! ... show more

Love how easy it is to clamp onto the edge of the pack n play. The black and white contrast makes it super appealing for babies. My son is 5 weeks old and he will lay there calmly staring at it and tracks it going around. One of the few things that entertains him when he’s awake. Excellent product!

It’s so cute. I want to like it. I can clamp it on my Lotus pack n play just fine. But the cylindrical bars of the bassinet don’t work well. I once discovered it tipped forward where my baby’s head would be. I haven’t been able to try it on a crib. It would probably work fine as long as the bars are not cylindrical. I don’t like the clamp style of mounting for these things. I never feel sure it’s secure. Still need to try on stroller, and will report back. ... show more

We purchased this after seeing great reviews! Our daughter loves to watch the ceiling fan, so we hoped she would also like to watch this mobile. She babbles and “talks” to the little animals. We have found she swats at one of them (the Fox) almost every time it comes around and favors it as her little friend.the materials are soft, so unlike some other mobiles we don’t worry about it being within reach. I love that the colors are subtle and the characters are not “cartoony”. We have found it to be very versatile with the different connections & use it in her basinet, above the playmat and in the car! Best part—the music is QUIET and a nice selection of tunes that don’t get stuck in your head all day! ... show more
