Suffered with carpal tunnel and wrist pain for a long time. Finally decided on these. Wish I had done it sooner. They look great and just the perfect amount of coverage for hand a wrist. These worked well to relieve neuropathy symptoms caused by bending my wrists when I slept. There are 2 Velcro straps to adjust the fit. The stabilizing bar is hard plastic. It's not fancy or high quality but it serves it's purpose.
