The media could not be loaded. Our house is new construction and the builder used flimsy white wire racks that crumbled the minute we put our clothes on them. These racks are easy to install if you follow the instructions. They are extremely durable and holds a lot. My only advice is to make sure you have a plan of how you want it installed because once it’s up, it will be very difficult to make changes. ... show more

I wouldn't say it's gold, more flat, smooth gold finish. It's definitely heavy duty, will definitely need studs for installation. they should really use clear or a color that blends better for the plastic clips that this style of set up that it uses. If you have ever had a metal stand up closet, it probably used similar set up. i have over a hundred pieces of clothing on this thing and it has no bend and is sturdy. Only other critique is that the covers that go over the screw brackets doesn't stay on. needs to be redesigned to clip on or something for future models. I was hesitant to order these based on some reviews. They have exceeded my expectation! I love the look and that I was able to customize them to my liking. Assembly can be methodical but again worth every curse word I said. I’m a female and installed these myself. Highly recommend!!

This is NOT even the size I ordered. VERY SMALL compared to description. I feel cheated & ripped off. I ordered 2 different sizes which should have been plenty. Now I am stuck buying another set because I commotted to this closet arrangement. We've had to go above & beyond to find sturdy supports because if it's built per instructions it's flimsy & unsteady. vERY DISAPPOINTED ... NEVER EVER EVER would I have wanted or needed a closet of this mess for over $600.00. I did contact tge seller VIPAT but thus far absolutely no return communication. Functional, sturdy only after extra items added for sturdiness, organizationbthat we configured is great, & assembly is super sketchy. ... show more
