It was great when it did work but that was short lived. Only lasted just over a month and we did not even use it very often. I stored it in its charging box for safe keeping so the problem isn’t damage from improper handling. It pairs fine but the controls no longer respond. Update: The seller was AMAZING about following up on this issue and did everything to make sure that the problem was resolved. They issued a refund and offered to send a replacement. This is GREAT customer service. I will not hesitate to order from them again because they care about their product and their customers. It really is a cool product and with such great customer service you don’t need to worry about your purchase. GET ONE, or two or three for Christmas gifts. Thank you!!! ... show more

    • It was fantastic... for an hour or so.

At first this was great; it worked just like it said in the description, was super easy to set up the assistive touch, and easily paired with my iPhone. (While it's way too big for my fingers, I just kept it on with another ring in front so it didn't slip off.) But then after an hour or two, the 'single click to scroll up/down' magically changed to 'right/left', (no, I didn't do anything different, it just was one second I would turn pages using a single click, the next second that single click did something else.) and it turned into: double clicking was how it would scroll up or down. Okay, fine, it's weird, I can deal with that. But then it continued to go back and forth, swapping between single and double click to scroll either up, down or right/left. Irritating, but still, I could deal with it. Then it would also randomly change *which* button went up, and which went down. Just one second, the top button would scroll up, and then the next time I pushed it, now it is the 'scroll down button'. So I'd have to flip the ring on my finger, and still, I'm fairly easy going, so I still thought 'That's fine, whatever, it still works, sorta...' But last night when I went to use it, it's completely borked. The 'down' key now shuts my phone off, the up closes the app. (TikTok or Kindle on iPhone). Long pressing starts my PHONE and calls random numbers in my contacts. (When it's 3am, that's not good, lol) Yes, of course I restarted my phone. Yes, of course I also un-paired, forgot the device, and re-paired it multiple times. Nothing worked. It was 100% charged, and no I did not drop it. So, for me, it worked for an hour or so before it glitched. The glitches at first were not horrible to work around, but now all I have a fancy remote to shut off my phone, and play the 'Call a random person for no reason at all' game. (Which, it should *never* be accessing the phone, IMO. Ever.) I'm seriously bummed, because this was one of those gadgets that you don't need, but make your life easier, especially if you read a lot of Kindle books like I do. Now, I will say that there are a few good reviews out there, so it would seem or I would imagine, this is not normal for this item, but it is my experience, so while I rarely write reviews, I thought this deserved one. Adzerd review This product is great, but its also limiting. It gives you great control of your phone and screen, but the commands and button mapping is a bit backwards. I immediately fell in love with the product and with the idea of using rings to control your phone from a distance or with occupied hands. It’s almost a must have. This product is about 98% of exactly what i wanted, but it just needs to be tweaked a bit for this to be a knockout product. All this product needs to be amazing is have the mode switching command to be the bottom and middle buttons instead of the top and bottom buttons. This would allow you to control the mode switching with just one hand and speed up phone control. I think the perfect ring would replace a smart watch completely. The Oura ring already records all the info a smart watch does. If a smart ring came out and just combined the control this ring gives with the health recording that the Oura ring does, I'd gladly pay $600 for it and drop the watch. If I were the company, make an app to switch the controls manually. Price it at $50 to $100 and the ring revolution is born. I have used other rings and after some time with them I have to say that this ring is the best at what it does. The plastic ring, though a bit fragile, allows for easy orientation and makes taking it off and back on very quick. Other rings that have used a fitted ring size are either too big or too small. They do not let you orient the ring in a way that prevents accidental button presses. But the shape of this ring lets you easily rotate the ring around your finger to use and back when out of use. I still want the mode switching buttons to be on the bottom two buttons and for there to be an app that lets me change some of the features. ... show more

Got it on Christmas and it worked great! I was so excited! I’ve used it maybe 4 times between now and then. It’s January 1st and it’s no longer working. Fair warning, it works great while it lasts but it doesn’t last very long at all. UPDATE:: the seller is amazing! They reached out promptly and fixed the issue! Tip if you’re using on an iOS device, turn your assistive touch off when you’re not using the device and turn it on when you’re ready to use it. ... show more
