I recently lost a lot of weight and my old hunting clothes no longer fit. I had a scheduled hog hunt and I needed to get some replacement pants quickly. I purchased these pants and coat for a very reasonable price. I was not expecting a lot based on the cost but I was very surprised at the quality of the items. The pants were not as lightweight as I thought they would be so I stayed warm in cooler weather. There was plenty of room to wear another layer under them for cold night hunts. I wear a size 38 pant and I ordered the XL just to have some extra room for layering and they fit just like I expected. The legs were a little long but they have Velcro at the bottom and that worked perfectly to keep the opening from dragging the ground. The coat is for sure made for early season hunting but again, I ordered an XL to allow layering and I think this will most certainly be all I need to keep me warm during colder hunts. I would not wear this for single digit or sub zero nights, but for the hunting I do, it is enough as long as I layer accordingly. ... show more

Nice, lightweight outer layer with a ton of pockets as advertise. However, they are loud for deer hunting but keep you dry and warm. I can also see why people have made comments about the pants. I’m a smaller person and the legs are a bit tight in the quad area. If you’re a bigger person, buy the next size up in the pants. The pants and jacket both have Velcro closers on the openings to help if they are too long when getting the next size up. ... show more

Great qaulity inside and out.. So glad i went with this combo set.. Seems to be worth the price.. i wouldn't use out in warm weather due to the materials used its very warm. can't wait to see how it holds up

I'm 6'4", 210, slight beer belly. The jacket fits great, with plenty on length and perfect room to wear a sweatshirt under. Also has great pockets with zippers, and one using magnets. For a waterproof jacket ( it definitely is), it's fairly quite. In a nutshell, 5 stars out of 5. The pants I've only tried on, have not worn to the stand, so this is just a size review. I wear a 34 waist, and these are a tad bigger, guessing they are size 35. Not horribly loose, but will need a belt. My pants length is 36, and these fit perfect. Both jacket and pants, are semi lightweight, perfect room to layer up if needed, and definitely waterproof. My opinion, yes they are worth adding to your hunting wardrobe. ... show more

Tried them because of the price point needing a mid season set last minute. Fleece interior is very warm for their intended cold range, broke a light sweat walking in around 45 degrees 10 out of 10. Worn in decent rain (not a down pour) and worked good, 9 out of 10 because I could feel the cold on my arms but didn’t get wet. Another time I layered with light and medium under layers and worked well down to 30 degrees w/15mph winds for a long sit in a saddle. Very quiet. True to size so if layering go up one size. 6 out of 10 on wind resistance. Overall, very happy with them… especially making it affordable! ... show more

Pattern is fantastic, material is great, very well-made, and would have been perfect. My only problem was the jacket fit perfectly like a medium should, and then the pants were like a small they were so tight and because of that canvas backing on the butt, it’s just there’s no give at all! I could get them on and zip them up and button the waist and the legs were fine but right at the top of the thigh and in the hip area and the butt area it was super restrictive. I got them for me and I am a 5’7” 143 pound female and I normally wear a men’s small to medium and usually with a medium. I have room to spare, but these were like for a child or some thing they were just so small I had my husband who is shorter than me and really tiny in the butt area. try to try them on and he could not even get them up or button them so that tells you something. I think this is something that tidwe needs to look at. And, unfortunately you have to order these as a set so I ordered the large and I guarantee you the jacket will be too big and the pants will probably fit perfect which sucks because you don’t want your clothing being too big for hunting getting your rifle or shotgun hung up in it can cause you to miss the shot of a lifetime. This is my feedback and I think they should allow you to order tops and bottoms and whatever combination you want considering the outcome that I have had it would’ve been really helpful to have a medium jacket and a large pant I guess since they do run small on the pants and the jackets are accurate to size.
