Size is true, head shape is not. I don't know anyone with head that isn't slightly oval shaped. If it was more oval (like most people's head), it would not only fit, but wouldn't look so goofy and wide. 0 out of 10, would not recommend unless you truly have a have a dome shaped like a sphere.
