The media could not be loaded. Pros: I love the feel of this wheel! With it being a true size wheel it really makes some driving feel much better. The paddles have a nice solid feel to them but I still ended up making a simple magnetic shifter mod to give them an even stronger feel. The buttons are placed nicely and easy to reach. Cons: The Alcântara will rub off on your hands and turn them black for the first few times you use the wheel. This is just inevitable With Alcântara. The buttons themselves are solid but they don’t really give much tactile feedback to let you know that they have been activated. The only real downside to the wheel is the D pad control. At first I thought I would really like it but it tends to be a little touchy while using it to navigate menus during a race. The D-pad navigation Button is the only reason I am knocking a star off of the rating. ... show more

I'm using the 383 Sparco Rally wheel with the T-GT base. Adding this wheel makes Dirt Rally and NASCAR racing much more realistic and less stressful on the arms and hands. The 33cm diameter is a 1:1 scale of the actual Sparco Rally wheel using the same materials (only difference is the button box). A quick firmware update to the latest TM version of the wheel base and it's good to go. Pros: - Padding is thick and comfortable to grip but I would recommend using gloves. - Buttons are tactical, responsive and the layout is good. - Shifter paddles are large, responsive and adjustable. - Wheel size @ 33cm helps with arm and hand fatigue in longer races. - Perfect for Rally, NASCAR and driving simulation games. Cons: - Padding on the wheel comes off and stinks at first, leaves hands black. Gloves are recommended. - Mini joystick is a little wonky, easy to go the wrong direction (for mine pointing down goes left half the time). Neutral: - Price is expensive @ $200 but this is the also the price of the real wheel from Sparco and it is exactly the same build. - Padding seams are visible at all 3 spokes and again this is exactly how the real wheel is from Sparco. Overall if you are into Rally or NASCAR racing where a lot of corrective/over-steering is required this wheel is a huge benefit. The 383 Sparco vs the T-GT wheel in the same exact Rally and NASCAR races the Sparco made it easier to control the cars with less effort equally less fatigue. ... show more

The wheel is awesome! Solid feel with great diameter for more precise control. Pros: - Well built. Solid feel. - Although the buttons are hard to reach while playing, they are well built and don't feel all that flimzy. - Paddle shifters are also very solid and you can hear and feel a confident "click" every single time. Cons: - Configuring this mod to a T300 base turned out to be a challenge. Make sure you have access to a PC. Ignore the Thrustmaster "How-to" on the website and visit a forum like Gtplanet or similar. Updating the firmware will be a pain, but it is possible. When updated, you can adjust a lot of settings (Like the total rotation eg. from 1080 to 700) - The alcantara can stain your hands, but if you are looking at buying this wheel, you already have gloves. I know it. Now go win some races. ... show more

It's is more than I expected . What a big difference the few extra millimeters in diameter makes ! Its a true 1:1 replica that make your sim driving feel that much more real or accurate . The wheel feels very high quality. The buttons are super tight and make a small but satisfying click compared to a thrustmaster f1 wheel . 200 dollars is a lot of money to spend but I found it fully worth it. The only con I can think of is that the suede /alcantera appears to be glued to the rim and not stitched . I use driving gloves so I never feel the rim surface . Kind of a waste since it feels real nice to the touch. I highly recommend this wheel ! ... show more

I love Rallying, and the original Thrustmaster TX wheel wasn't cutting it for me. I've put many hours with this wheel replacement and have no regrets about the upgrade. Initially, the buttons felt a little squishy but got better over time. I play with gloves on, so that was important. The suede finish on the wheel is top notch, and I definitely recommend glvoes to protect it and maintain its grippiness (I went with Sparco Meca 3 gloves and they offer the perfect amount of tactictile feedback mixed with grip) Force feedback gets dampened a bit by the wheel, but the benefits of having a perfectly circular surface to work with far outweigh that. ... show more

I have the RIPP Thrustmaster billet hub converter and I use that a lot with real car racing wheels... I mostly play Forza with that combo. But the rally games require some steering wheel button interactions you can't do without THIS WHEEL. I like the size and I like the quality. Very happy with this wheel. Way better for games like Dirt Rally and WRC 10. I was already used to the crappy buttons on the stock wheel that came with my TS-XW, so I knew what to expect.
