There is an obvious difference in recovery and stamina and strength w this supplement. I work out in OTF and yoga. When I first started taking it I noticed that I was able to go stronger and longer on the rower at OTF. And I am not as sore or doe as long. Recently I returned to Ashtanga yoga which is pretty hard. At the time that I took my first class it just so happened that I ran out of the creatine. And I was dead after that class for like 2 days I could barely move and was so worn out that I was drained. I reordered and resumed taking the creatine. Last week I wasn’t as sore after yoga but I thought maybe the class wasn’t as hard. But yesterday we did the full primary. I should be a corpse right now and I am just pleasantly sore. This stuff is Great There is a taste. It’s bitter. I add it to my coffee and it took time for me to get used to it. Esp since I love my coffee and this is a strong bitter flavor. But now it’s fine I am used to it and the benefits definitely outweigh the flavor. Very happy w it! ... show more

It's been 2 months since I ordered the first canister of this creatine. The first time I ordered it straight from the brands website. This is the second month with it and I'm really loving this product. I tried a different brand about 4 months ago, and while it did work, the taste was weird and chalky kinda. So, I decided to give this a try and like I said , the product does what it supposed to do. I've been struggling trying to grow my legs and overall muscle mass. I was going to the gym 4 to 5 days a week and didn't see any difference. My friend told me about creatine, and I decided to try it. Within the first week, I was able to see a difference on the way my clothes were fitting and how much faster I was recovering after my workouts ( I was training for a marathon) and I was doing a lot of strength training , running 6 days a week. This gave me more endurance and the way it works very effective. The powder mixes well with anything, there is no smell, and I can feel recharged after every workout . The price it can be a bit expensive, but it's well worth it . My legs are more muscular, I gained weight, but not fat , instead more muscle and I feel way better . ... show more

First, I’m glad I ignored the reviews about the flavor. It’s totally fine. Maybe they need to dilute with more water or something. I even tried a pinch dry when I got it to try to hate it, but didn’t think much of it. Second, it has 70mg of caffeine. As a non-coffee drinker and the occasional matcha or afternoon black tea drinker it was enough caffeine for me to feel alert and not wired. If you are a heavy caffeine consumer, I doubt this will have the effect you want it to have. But it has a bunch of great natural ingredients/adaptogens for endurance and stress that it’s worth supplementing with. I mixed it with Thorne Creatine and my Moon Juice Mini Dew (watermelon flavored electrolytes + minerals) and consumed 30 minutes before my first strength/cross training in years and I survived! I was able to push through all my sets with more weight than I thought I could handle. 5/5 would recommend. I will be subscribing :) ... show more
