  • Replacement unit works as described. It has been running for quite awhile now. No leaks etc.
*Updated. Replacement unit works well. Would buy again. Has not leaked. Works solidly. This think is solidly built and heavy. Cable for software integration has to go into a controller (Which isnt included), I suspect it is just a usb cable with pins moved so you cant just plug it into a usb port. I have not verified that yet. One good thing is when I set up the return the replacement was on its way very quickly. I look forward to putting it in my setup. Other peoples reviews said the component leaked. I hope mine doesnt. Cheers, ... show more

  • Better than I thought
Pros Installed into system with out and issues, screen is bright, readable, easy to use, and has a very loud alarm when the loop doesn’t have flow. Cons/changes Would have liked to have seen some kind of bracket or mounting hardware to get it closer to the plexi glass to see temps as it ran.

  • Nice temp probe, but flow meter is so inaccurate it's worthless.
Bought a pair of these for a PC with dual loops. Wanted a second source of truth for temperatures, and some sort of measurement and insurance against pump failure. Had a TT pump fail, and my CPU was luckily aggressive enough with the block I use to shut down before damage, but it was closer than I'd like and not something I'd care to do again. I bought an absolute rinky-dink plastic flow meter after the pump failure before, just a little round bit of plastic with a spinning pinwheel in it, so you can see flow, and I'm watching the little sucker spinning wildly, as usual. Flow meter on the TF2 showed 250L/H when installed, which I can believe. I'm running two short, tight loops with nice big high capacity pumps, large diameter tubing, and good fittings. Then the TF2 settled to 200 over night. Okay, maybe the loop was reading off before, the pinwheel is still spinning like mad. Then the TF2 started beeping in the middle of a game. I paused and jumped under my desk, in a panic. CPU temps good. Pinwheel whirling away. TF2 shows 70L/H. Then 50. Then 30. Then 0. Sat at zero for a long minute or two. Pinwheel still whirring like mad. CPU temps stable. TF2 then shoots to 130, then 200, and sits there. Readings are all over the place, and clearly do not correspond to actual coolant flow at all. Can't turn off the alarms. Worthless. Literally. Worse than nothing. Temps are nice, and I have to leave the meter in the loop, unless I want to replace a bunch of my tubing, but it's annoying, spending a premium price and getting an actual piece of garbage. Tried swapping the meters between my two loops, and they both read all over the place for flow. Temps aren't very accurate. I initially thought the temp readings were good, but I got an actual inline fitting with a calibrated thermocouple and one meter is almost 10C high and the other almost 10C low. These meters are absolutely worthless. A real shame. ... show more

  • Good quality
A Solid Flow and temp meter. loud enough on its own to warn of low flow, don't need to use Thermaltake software or purchase a Thermal take controller if you don't want to.

  • My luck
I love it but my luck ran out. I was building my custom loop with two pumps. bought one for the CPU pump and it was working great but I needed one more for the GPU pump. As the first one was working perfectly, So I bought another one but by the time I finished with the loop and tested it, it came out faulty. It shows me the right Temp but dose not show the flow so keeps beeping. Now it's more than a month and Amazon can't do return or replace.. ... show more

  • Professional Quality designed Flow/Temp meter
Honestly IMO the best flow meter / temp sensor in the market and this new version they have replaced the plastic port threads with brass inserts so no more cross threading or stripping of the threads! WTG TT bought time I’ve seen their quality engineering that I know they are capable of!!!

  • Great look, inexpensive, but suspect flow and wish alarms could be turned off
Pros: Looks great, love the digital display. Not too expensive. Appreciate that it can be set to imperial or metric temperature. Cons: The flow sensor isn't totally accurate and alarm can't be turned off or set to below a certain threshold (believe it's 10 L/M). This means if your flow is deliberately set low, the combination of inaccurate readings and inability to adjust the alarm means you're constantly going to trigger it. As long as you plan on the flow sensor being more a guideline than accurate, and are okay with occasional low flow alarms even when your pump is deliberately set or auto-adjusts to a sluggish rate, it's a great and inexpensive buy. ... show more
