Printer works great and is efficient, cut my shipping time in half. Took a bit to figure out how to make it print correctly to the label. Otherwise no issues.

    • A useless machine, non-existent customer service. An expensive paper-weight.
This thermal printer is a nightmare. We have spent so much time trying to get this to work that it's now past the 30 days to return it. We've never been able to use it. We have loaded all the necessary print drivers, followed the "bad" instructions to a T and the alignment is so bad it's useless. Not just alignment but that has been the biggest issue. We have now tried on multiple computers and even contacted customer support weeks ago with zero response. Please DO NOT waste your money on this like we did. After spending weeks to figure this out with no luck, I ordered the JADENS Bluetooth Thermal Shipping Label printer and it took less than 5 minutes to set up and prints perfectly every time! Even switched to different label sizes and printed them perfectly. What a difference. Too bad I can't return the Kurpot. ... show more

Definitely on the more affordable side! Printers was somewhat difficult to set up, it took me a while of messing with the settings to actually get it to print. I wish it was Bluetooth because you have to plug it in every time you want to print. Also, no matter how many times I’ve printed it keeps missing small spots here and there. Shipping barcode still scans though so that’s all that matters. Overall I’m still happy I bought this because I don’t use it enough to spend a ton of money on a really nice one.     • Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 20$ for one that actually works
First of all, if you’re printing from your phone you need to download an app that only has chinese writing. There isn’t even a setting to change it to english in app, i checked. I’ll get lucky once out of maybe 6 times i try to print and it finally does, but the other 5 times it just prints out random symbols that i have never even seen before. Spend the extra 10 or 20 dollars and get a better quality one, because these things are supposed to make your job easier not harder. ... show more

    • Not easy to use at all.
I bought this to help streamline my eBay shipping labels. The most convenient way would be from my phone, but they make you download an extremely clunky app the is mostly in Chinese that is not compatible with eBay at all. Then I hooked it up to my laptop and inserted the included thumb drive and finally got the driver downloaded after many attempts. After messing with the shipping label settings and sizes on both eBay and the driver I finally got a label that is good enough but certainly isn’t perfect. This was disappointing . 1. Everything is in a foreign language. Even when I select English it doesn’t change. 2. The fine print of the 2 agreements is shady. Please read them carefully. 3. Another reason I didn’t feel comfortable because there was always a need to download something which allows more access. Even with Bluetooth .
