Turns out the "standard" is not so standard. I only wish this was made more apparent. Be sure to measure before you order, because apparently there is a 7" standard, and a 9" standard. Maybe others too. This is my fault, but I did not unbox and try until the day after the return policy expired.

I'm dissatisfied with this purchase. It did not last me. I've had my table since 2014/2015 so for about 9 years I've used the same face cradle. It was time for a new one 2 yrs ago so I came on here to purchase one. It's 2023 & I have to purchase a different one once again. U do the math folks!

It can be difficult to get in place 1st time. Really have to jam it in, but maybe that’s why it’s so secure. Good value for the money!

After three months the little pin started working it's way out and the extendable facerest starts to slip on one side. I tightened it up but it still slips by end of massage. I wanted to return it but they only have a one month return window.

This replacement headrest gave out in less than a month and a half with it only being used maybe 15 times max. There's just not enough support with the hardware. I don't really justify spending the money i did on it for it not to last long.
