  • Makes u happy
Who doesn't love a good foot massage? My wife has foot pain and likes these little spiky balls but they move all over the place. This thing is awesome. I looked at electronic versions with heat and vibrations and drink holders ... but c'mon ... this thing is like the Japanese art of foot massage and it's made of wood! I love it, she loves it and it comes with a cool little card that has a diagram of pressure points. Get it, you'll love it. ... show more

  • Feels Great
I think for the money, this device is worth it. It does massage the bottom of your feet and relieves pain. I and my senior mother can use it easily. There's little exertion and you don't wear yourself out sliding your feet back and forth over the device. It's very cheap and the exact device a podiatrist is selling online for 2 1/2 times what the sellers on Amazon are listing it as. ... show more

  • Great but More Spikes, Please!
I had moderate to low expectations for this product, and it's always great to be pleasantly surprised! This foot massager was much sturdier and made out of higher quality wood than I expected. It's also a nice little size. Not too big to get in your way under your desk or at your sofa but big enough for both your feet, which is the point, right? I've used this thing every single day since I've gotten it (several weeks ago). I put it by my sofa, and when I sit down to watch the news or read, I just roll my feet back n forth for 5 -10 minutes. Voila! Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it only has one row of the spikes. I kind of thought (based on ad information and/or reviews) that you might wanna avoid those and use the smoother rollers. But, in reality, the smooth rollers don't do much to work 5he muscles in my feet. The Spike-y row is the best and feels surprisingly good and much more relaxing (as long as you do it with reasonable pressure). Add another row of spikes, please, to the other toe end! But I'm quite happy with this. ... show more

  • Effective foot pain relief at a terrific low price!
I have taught fitness classes for nearly 20 years and use my feet a lot. I suffer from recurring plantar fasciitis, off and on. I have never gotten cortisone shots or had any kind of surgery, but have had custom inserts, can only wear certain types of shoes, do all of the prescribed stretches, and get a regular deep-tissue foot reflexology massage to help manage this problem. Despite doing all of these things, I always have some amount of foot pain. I saw this and thought I'd give it a try. It's wonderful!!! It has worked out the knots in my heels as well as made the rest of my feet feel so much better. I taught a fitness class after using it for only 2 days, and was PAIN-FREE both during and after the class. I could not believe it! I am currently working at home due to the Covid, and so I keep it under my desk as a footrest. I rub my feet on it several times a day and it's just heavenly! It makes my entire body feel better. I bought one to give as a Christmas gift, for a fellow instructor who also gets the plantar fasciitis. Give it a try!!! ... show more

  • Very good gadget
I did 2 sessions yesterday, the day I got the massager, 10 minutes each session as instructed. It felt very good afterwards. I could start feeling some sensation in my damaged toe, and even the rest of the foot and calf felt less sore. The massager is user-friendly, no fancy attachments needed, and it comes with a foot chart, which is very useful. The knobs feel good on the foot, and you can apply your own desired degree of pressure. It is very stable on the floor during sessions as the massager is cushioned by a firm pad. A very good product! I plan to use it everyday even after my toe gets better. ... show more

  • The quality of this product is excellent. I do get some relief for my feet ...
The quality of this product is excellent. I do get some relief for my feet with the use of it. I, however, have an extremely high arch and what my parents lovingly called bird toes, they curl under just a bit and this make it difficult to get to all parts of my feet without using a lot of pressure, which is a bit painful. I do realize that it takes some time to “learn” proper use, so I am holding out hope that I will get the hang of it soon. That being said, my sister also ordered this product a year or so ago and she described it as -we’ll lets just say she loved it. So, there you have two opinions. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for something to give them some relief. ... show more

  • Accessible to use
I just received my TheraFlow foot massager and it is too soon to rate anything for pain relief - think it will take more consistent use to notice. There is a QR code to get an ebook - however I don't have anything to use to click on the code - and when I tried the website - could not find any ebook ... so I am disappointed in that - but there is lots of other reflexology information out there to find. It is comfortable and not too spicky for the feet bottom - although a little more sensation would be nice but perhaps not the purpose. Just using it daily will help hopefully - and moving the feet in general will help ... certainly a good price and worthwhile giving a try - certainly no side effects medication can have. Happy day, N ... show more

  • Better than a massage!
I was having the worst pain ever in my feet. I just recently had a baby and I’ve been walking around more. I was walking around in sandals and they just caused havoc on my feet. I bought this after reading all the amazing reviews and honestly they were all right. This thing is amazing! I love the longer spikes! It feels so good digging them into the heel of my foot. That’s where I have the most pain and I really feel like it’s relieving the pain. The sensation is so soothing. I love that you can control the intensity and speed by how hard you press or how fast you roll your feet. My mom tried it and said it hurts her feet, but the directions say that this can happen. Everyone in my house has been wanting to try this out. The one downside is that I wish this was a bit wider. If you’re a bigger person the width can cause some chub rub as you move your feet back and forth. I’m not going to reduce a star for this though because this is truly a rockstar product. I would’ve easily paid $25 or more for this, that’s how good it is. I can’t believe how cheap it is. It’s great quality. I also love the reflexology foot diagram it comes with. I highly recommend this product ... show more
