The resistance tubes come in different strengths. Depending on what therapy you need, the challenges are worth the efforts. I use it at physical therapy and at home . Each color tube offers offers different resistance. Continued use increases abilities.

I used these bands at physical therapy and I wanted to buy my own set. Unlike bands, they don't roll up but stay in place and are very comfortable.

I bought these for physical therapy exercises, nothing overly strenuous. The padding (especially for the higher resistance tubes) is way too thin, it leaves marks and hurts to use them more than a set or two. If the padding were thicker they would be much more comfortable and suitable for repetitive exercises. ... show more

Product did not hold up snapped elastic band with in first month. Used as prescribed by professional Physical Therapy team. Would not buy again.

The ad and all attached photos show a longer tube . The package I received had a Theraband that has a tube about 27" long for an effective doubled over length of 12". It was not until I further researched the item description the 12" length is mentioned. Not good advertising .
