  • Worth the price. Great relief for hands
I bought this for my hands. I work with my hands, warehouse work. So my hands and forearms get stiff and tight. Massage did not help much. I bought a different, cheaper, flat metal guasha tool several months ago. It helped a little, but not enough. I had hesitated to buy the Wave Tool because of the price. Eventually I needed relief enough to take the chance. (There was a Prime Day discount.). It is worth the price. It really helped my hands . I hadn't realized how much pain I had in my hands until it was released. The tool comes with instructions and links for more info. I would advise one to follow instructions, and start gently. Avoid scraping tendons. I am glad that I purchased the Wave Tool. I would buy it again if I lost it. ... show more

  • Intuitive tool for sore muscles
Initially the price was a little more than I'd like but this wave tool is worth it. I lift weights at the gym and experience DOMS. Muscle scraping has made a huge difference in recovery rate. The tool is very intuitive on how and what edge works best. If you've had physical/manual therapy, you'll notice the gravelly or lumpy spots when scraping. I like to foam roll after the gym. Then I muscle scrape with the waves tool after my shower with coconut oil. I follow it with a little arnica gel and light massage on the sore/stiff areas. Makes a world of difference! ... show more

  • A simple tool that keeps your body moving!
The Wave tool basically goes everywhere with me. I use it to loosen up my legs and arms before activity. As a mountain guide and often stiff and sore from a day of work but If I take the time to use the Wave Tool I'm always better off afterwards. Even several minutes of work goes a long ways. Great for anyone that has little aches and pains and is willing to do just a little self care. ... show more

  • Helpful, sturdy, not as slippery as metal ones
The metal ones feel better but, the pressure points on this one are top notch!

  • Great for rubbing our trigger points!
Smartly designed tool for massage and trigger point release. Best to use it with lots of cream--more comfortable and effective this way. Recommended for athletes!

  • Works well, may have helped with healing
Hard to say if this is what helped my finger heal faster but at the very least, it's shaped in a way that it makes it very easy and satisfying the massage my finger. Glad I got this and looking forward to trying it out on different body parts.

  • This thing is awesome!
I recently had a ganglion cyst removed from my wrist and ever since I have extremely limited mobility due to scar tissue. I was looking for a tool to help me with that. Because of the material this is made from I can feel the difference in the scar tissue by the way it vibrates when passing over it. It crunches and pops. I thought it would be uncomfortable or painful but it was the opposite, it felt amazing. So much so that I did my entire forearm. It really helps increase the blood flow. I also have chronic neck and shoulder pain and I can’t wait to try this out on that too. I don’t really write many reviews but this little tool felt so amazing and I really believe it is going to help with my recovery more than anything else I’ve tried so I wanted to share my experience with others. ... show more
