I was unsure of the price, but I bit the bullet as other twin moms swore by it's necessity. Now I'm so glad I didn't wait! I took it to the hospital and right away I preferred the twin z over a zillion pillows placed around me for feeding just one or both my boys. It's also great at home because, as it turns out, my twins hate their crib. So I'm currently writing this review at 2 am with me in the middle and the boys wedged against me on the arms of the twin z. Although I'm paranoid of falling asleep with babies in the bed, I really feel that if I doze off my boys will be safe as they are quite secure and I can't smother them like this. Took me a while to buy but glad I did. Twin mom here, I couldn't get the hang of nursing on here, I still use a widely know Z pillow for that. This is great for feeding them bottles, prop sitting and lounging in. The waterproof cover is great for obvious reasons. This has been a lifesaver for our twins! Great for bottle feeding or naps. Mom never used it for nursing though. It was more of a bed to the babies.
