The media could not be loaded. I purchased this mattress in July 2022... It has not been as good as I thought. It's sinking in the middle on both sides and is becoming uncomfortable. But the edges are still firm as promised. I find myself on the edge every Morning. 😩

This is the 3rd “Purple Mattress” that we have purchased. VERY heavy but once set up it’s the best mattress that money can buy & for those of you who run hot in the summer, this mattress is COOL.

I purchased this bed on 08/08/23 and in less than a year the bed has permanent indentations in it. My boyfriend got this bed off Amazon and after using it only a few times I knew I HAD TO have it so I went off and ordered one for myself. Even though we got the same product, the same ASIN on Amazon, what he got and I got were completely different. His has a pillowtop like cover where mine has none. Originally, I thought this brand catered to heavier set individuals, I'm 5'3 at 175lbs (after weightloss, yay!) and I expected much better from the Purple brand. I had back problems to begin with but now I have additional back pain because I sleep in the same small area and the indents cause additional issues. Also, you can feel all the squares when you lay down. Originally my boyfriend thought I'd put it in upside down, but nope. It's just because there's no topper. ... show more

Great mattress. Unfortunately, it did arrive with a defect. Part of the squishy rubber had a nipple sticking up on the top of the mattress (about 3/8 of an inch in diameter, sticking up about a half inch, looks like it might’ve been left over from an injection mold?). I had to cut open the knit mattress cover liner to cut the soft rubber sticking up and then sew it shut after. It’s fine and you never notice it once the mattress cover was put back over everything but it should’ve been caught by quality control before it was ever sent out. ... show more
