I didn't like the look of my cabinets. They were supposed to be white, but frankly, they had the color of dirty teeth. The cabinets themselves were white, but no matter how I scrubbed, the doors always looked orangey - even after using bleaching products. I'm also a total beginner. I have never painted a cabinet in my life. However, I felt like I had nothing to lose. So, after a failed attempt with another product, I searched for "self leveling paint", and this came up in the results. I love the color and the reviews said a little goes a long way - and it does! I was able to tape off the inside and surrounding wall and do the whole outside of the cabinet myself. I was on the verge of getting all new cabinets, but now I actually like the ones I've got! It seems to dry fast (in like an hour), but does take a bit for it to fully cure to its hardest, so I advise taking it easy on the paint job the first month or so with cleaning. The clean-up was super easy, and I just needed a roller, a tray, and a brush. It was definitely money-saving and it was an easy project even for a beginner. So far, I have not needed to repaint, but it has only been about a month. I'll update if anything changes. ... show more

Purchased based upon other customer reviews - this paint is incredible! It covered our red painted front door, evenly, in one coat. Seems to be a self-leveling paint because there are no brush marks at all. I will be using this brand of paint going forward! I bought the quart size of black satin paint for our front and side entry doors. More than half of the container is remaining. Dries quickly. Very favorably, impressed with this product. I had to redo one countertop that I had done a year ago with a major unnamed at this time countertop product, it did a failure of a job. I was surprised as I'd used it before. So I sanded down and ordered this one and was thrilled with the job that it did. Using a foam roller, it applied easily and smoothly dried incredibly quickly. I had products sitting back on the counter again in 2 days. Actually, more like a day and a 1/2. Looks great. Easy to use, good easy cleanup. The small is no joke , it’s small. The Dark Grey is like a true grey. Very nice color . I would of returned bc of size, but the color is kinda a perfect hue. I don’t see any blue or purple , green which some grey have that in. Not a noticeable undertone just a nice dark grey satin .

I read so many reviews prior to my purchase. I only needed small space coverage and this paint I saw worked well on walls and even saw good reviews on walls as well. I didn’t have that experience at all. This paint is so sticky, thick, doesn’t spread easily or evenly and requires several layers to get it even. For the amount of wall I needed to paint, I expected the can size to be more than enough, but I have used almost half the can and I’m not even half way done as it has taken so much to get full coverage. This also took way longer to do this small space due to how sticky and thick this paint is and how little it wanted to spread. I would not recommend it for wall painting. Thoroughly disappointing and I’ll be having to get a different paint and starting over. ... show more

I used this paint for my kitchen countertops. I painted over formica, and it looks fabulous. I did put three coats of poly over it, and so far everything has held up beautifully.
