For me, this balm is too thick. It doesn’t melt as well as other balms after rubbing in and feels abrasive on my skin. The packaging is not ideal for the consistency either as it needs to be mixed a little bit before excreting. So, I have oily combination skin, I have been using this (about 3 times now) as a makeup remover and I really, really, really like it so far!! I do wash my face with my regular cleanser after using it but it does not irritate my skin like other products did. This product is great is you don’t want a balm or oil, it’s the best of both worlds without being too thick like some balms or too runny like some cleansing oils. It removes my sunscreen and mascara, no problem and I enjoy using it.

I love this cleanser and I’ll never buy another kind. It’s taken away the redness in my face and neck. It is so so gentle and lovely for sensitive skin. It also MELTS away my makeup at the end of the day.
