I don’t wear makeup, but I like to use these wipes for daily facial cleaning. They do not dry out my skin or leave an oily film. The wipes are large and thick to ensure good cleansing. The packet is large, so I would probably not use for travel if luggage space is limited. A travel pack would be useful in that case. Other than that, the wipes work great for me. The wipes feel good on my face, are nice quality and work well. But they do have a bit of an odd smell. Not a bad smell, but not a good smell either. I have a more sensitive nose than most. I was looking for natural 'freshening up' wipes to us on the go so I opted for these since they're advertised as and all-purpose "family" wipe. While they are mostly as described they still have a bit of a 'baby wipe' smell and texture to me which is what I was trying to avoid. I was hoping for a light, crisp smell from the cucumber but it's very heavy on the aloe. I can't smell any cucumber at all. The wipes are also a tad sticky, though that dissipates quickly. For a natural product these are priced very well, and the sheets are a good size and decent thickness. I also appreciate the safer ingredients, which is a main reason I purchased these. There's a lot of good about them and I would recommend them to families with small children who don't mind more of a 'baby wipe' smell but I wouldn't really recommend them for adult use, like after a workout or anything. I will keep these to use at home but I will be looking for something else for on the go. ... show more

I use these all the time now. I take my makeup off with them and for quick freshen ups. A lot of other brand of wipes make me break out, but the aloe and water version of the Honest Company wipes don't bother my sensitive skin at all. The lavender version made my face skin red, so I'll use those for something else. If your skin is sensitive like mine, I would avoid the lavender version. ... show more

At first I thought the wipe was too small for body cleansing. Then I developed a technique for meting out small areas on my body for different places on the wipe. I found I could do a whole body cleanse if needed. Like when camping, or overnight at a friends after unexpectedly partying a bit. And as a stopgap when I’m not feeling well. I dismissed the whole concept but my sister introduced me to another way and not wasting as much water. I stick a few in a baggy for emergencies. It’s also a new concept to use these more regularly in general and I am glad to have tested it and now love it.
