I have a Cricut Maker 3 and a Cricut Explore 3. I have used the vinyl in both machines without issue. The accessories are great for beginners, or as extras for those with a growing obsession. The knife is super handy for any not-quite-cut pieces so you don't rip the vinyl. The scraper is good to get perfectly flat, bubble-free decals and for getting good adhesion for all projects. Basically, each tool has a niche purpose and they're all handy to have, but the basic weeder is my favorite and the one I use the most, with the scraper being the second most used. The LED light pad makes it a lot easier to see, particularly with highly detailed projects and those are way more expensive when purchased from Cricut. I have another light pad that was $40 all by itself, and their performance is similar. Overall, you get a really good bang for your buck with this set! ... show more

I got this “The Essential Bundle for Cricut Makers and All Explore Air-The All-in-One Accessories Kit with HTV Vinyl, Adhesive” for my wife to use with her Cricut Maker 3. This is an amazing bundle of supplies. There is Glitter vinyl, HTV and permanent vinyl. There’s several tools for weeding and a few sheets of transfer paper. The paper cutter has a replacement blade. And the light pad has three levels of brightness. There are also 2 cutting mats. Great selection for the price. ... show more

This kit contains an impressive variety of handy tools and supplies. So far I've used the Standard Grip Mat, orange adhesive vinyl, weeding tools, scraper, scissors, and paper cutter. The mat and vinyl worked great in my Cricut Maker. I chose Value Vinyl for my cut setting. The vinyl was easy to weed with the included tools, though when applied to a black notebook, the black showed through the orange vinyl which made the orange color not as bright. If this matters to you, you may want to use thicker vinyl when applying to dark colored objects. I'm not sure I'd use the vinyls on items I want to sell, but I'd definitely use them for personal items or things I plan to gift. This is a huge bundle for an amazing price and to me is worth it for the tools alone. ... show more

I really only needed a new scraper and then I saw this Cutaswish The Essential Bundle for Cricut Makers and All Explore Air-The All-in-One Accessories Kit with HTV Vinyl, Adhesive Vinyl, Transfer Tape, True Control Knife, Cutting Mat for Cricut Projects. The scraper is very heavy duty and of much better quality than my old green one. Each of the weeding tools is much sturdier built than my old tools, and they have ergonomic handles (but no rubbery coating--I will miss that). I have no idea why, but the ends of all the tools except the scraper and the tweezers pop off, leaving a hollow cavity. There must be some reason, but what is it?? The scissors cover even has an end that pops off. The paper cutter and the light box work as expected, and the set comes with extra paper cutter blades. The two cutting mats seem exactly like those I already buy. I haven't used any of the cutting materials (vinyl, transfer tape, etc.) yet, but if they prove less than standard quality, I will update this list. If you need a gift for someone just starting out with a cutting machine--or crafting in general--this would be a wonderful gift. ... show more

A great place to start your vinyl oddesy. Plenty of colors and styles of vinyl and accessories. The light pad could be sturdier but the rest of the items have a lot to offer. All said it works well, is easy to use, and provides a good value for the money. Recommended.

I’m blown away by this kit. It has everything a beginner Cricut user might need, from weeding tools to a light pad. The various papers are sufficient to allow a new user to experiment to get a feel for what’s possible.     • Cricut Bundle
This is a very good bundle for use with your Cricut machine. It comes with all the tools you would need to get started. The highlights for me are the LED light and the paper cutter. The LED light pad is a game changer - it has adjustable brightness and makes it so much easier for me to see my designs for weeding. I was previously using a reading neck lamp on the brightest setting and would still sometimes struggle for more intricate patterns (especially when it was dark) and this has made weeding so much easier. The paper cutter works well and makes cutting straight lines easier so I'm wasting less paper. The mats are good quality and something that I always feel like I need more of since dog hair gets stuck pretty easily. My one small complaint is that I wish the vinyl styles were allocated differently. I find that I use less permanent vinyl than I do heat transfer but there is way more permanent vinyl (yet not very much transfer tape). I know that difference really varies person to person based on what you enjoy making but having more of an even distribution would make more sense to me. If you are new to Cricut, this kit is really full of everything you need to start making your projects. ... show more
