  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Great Graphics!!
Platform For Display: Xbox Series X Edition: Standard Edition
The game is not without its faults but I had fun. The graphics and atmosphere are well done here. The combat could use a little tlc and the story was a bit thin but serviceable enough. We get some gunplay here but just keep in mind that this is more of a melee game.

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Can be Frustrating
Platform For Display: Xbox Series X Edition: Standard Edition
I played this on normal then went to easy to upgrade further and was going to play on hard afterwards but the New Game + is pretty cheasy. Because easy was my last completion I can only start on Normal again, so best bet is to start at easy, then normal then hard and whatever is after that. I beat it twice but it was enough. It wasn't engaging or tactical enough to continue to play through. Just upgrading the weapons wasn't worth it. It is graphically beautiful and very brutal melee combat but on even on normal mode I wanted to throw my controller through the TV because of the difficulty. The fighting and camera angles can be very clunky especially when you are being ambushed by multiple enemies. Running is non existent as the enemies will stagger you as you try to run. The combat is the most frustrating part of the game. The story is ok, people say it's a prequel to Dead Space, I don't really feel that way but it's similar in a lot of ways. Still an enjoyable game to play. ... show more
